    Cranberry cider
    Abby T.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to meet with friends and it was very busy but thankfully we could be sat right away in the patio! The patio has great views of the mountains! I ordered a cider but they had run out of the one I wanted but our amazing server gave me a sample of the new cranberry cider they had and I ended up ordering that! It was delicious, tasted a lot of cranberry but also a hint of cinnamon. We ordered chips and queso to share, the queso was good! Not too thin and packed with flavor! For my entree I ordered the brisket sandwich with sweet potato tots! The tots were not on the menu so I was happy our server had let us know about them! The brisket sandwich was the best I've ever had! The brisket was so tender and moist! It was so good I would order it again! The food was amazing and the service was great! I recommend this place!

Ford's Sunset Grill--what a find! We stopped in for a work lunch and everything was spot on. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between a lively sports bar and an elevated gastropub. We started with the deviled egg shooters, which were pure perfection, classic deviled egg filling served in a light phyllo shell, topped with perfectly cooked pork lardon. Entrées were just as impressive: the steak sandwich was incredibly tender and cooked just right, the brisket plate with potatoes and asparagus was excellent (though the sauce leaned a bit sweet for my taste), and the steak and potatoes were cooked flawlessly. The seafood stew was outstanding and full of flavor. Add in the beautiful views and great service, and this place really delivers. Wonderful views, attentive staff, and even better food, we'll definitely be back.

We've been wanting to check out this place for a while. It has a very large dining area with a bar in the middle. There's also patio dining. My husband got the brisket and I got the stuffed rainbow trout. Both are delicious. The dill pickle coleslaw and even the broccoli side were great as well. We ordered smoked old fashioned which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our waiter forgot our ceviche appetizer, which was the only downside of the evening. Will definitely be back!

First night in Colorado Springs. Tired. Wanted something close to where we were staying. Pulled out the old yelp and this place comes up. There's a lot of doors and only one entrance so it can be a little confusing about where to go in as there's a butcher shop attached, but you'll get there. Lots of space and tvs. Huge bar. Many tables occupied which was a good sign. Our waiter was very attentive. The food was good. The pork belly bite starter was so good we ordered a second. Around table a burger, a lamb burger, Nashville hot chicken sammy and pork chop were ordered. Thumbs up for burger and lamb burger. Nashville hot my son wasn't a fan of the brine. And there was a large piece of just fried breading on it. I was warned the pork chop would take like 30+ minutes cause it was so large but went with it. Very good pork chop with a smokey flavor. Even though it was cooked close to well it was juicy. I think if it had a sweet glaze of some sort it would be even better but it's good as is. Glad we found this place. Would eat there again if I came back through this way.

The Mule was amazing!! I absolutely loved the sauce on the wings. The clam chowder had a weird curry taste to it so I was not really a fan. Our server was very sweet and very attentive. I love the indoor outdoor feel. Very open space with a lot of windows!! Definitely check them out!

    Fried Green Beans

Juicy burgers, cooked really well, with plenty of variety of option. I did the BYO Burger and poured their amazing chipotle mayo sauce all over it and it was perfection. Their rendition of steak fries are called scoop fries and they work really well for scooping! Go figure. Their fried green beans are what stole the night though- which were not over-fried and had really good flavor. Their Guinness on tap was superb and took me back to the U.K. - who needs a latte when you have your Guinness in one hand and your dripping burger in the other?! There were a lot of families with kids in there, enjoying one of the many games on the many screens in there, and it wasn't too loud. Nicely done Reds! All in all, this is a great local spot to run and grab yourself some satisfying grub, chat it up with friends and not break the budget.

Wicked Spicy Burger, sweet potato puffs and Brisket Sandwich.

The service was great. Caleb walked through the menu with my wife. The Wicked Spicy Burger was out of this world. The Sweet Potato Puffs were a great addition to my burger. Without a doubt this is a FIRST Rate Burger joint.

    Patty melt
    Jonathan R.

Great value. Excellent ingredients' quality in the patty melt, well prepared, tasty sautéed onions and interesting white cheddar. The bread / toast used for the sandwich was also of nice quality. Included was an outstanding homemade, thick potato chip conglomeration. These are special. Prices are great. My only comment deals with the ambiance or atmosphere. You walk into a dead room with no life and a defunct meat display freezer, like a quaint butcher shop. There's no real hostess. You just enter and sit. That's ok. But no real separation between bar and restaurant. The party melt, for me, was undercooked, more of a medium rare or medium light vs medium well. I'm not a fan of bars or bar culture. So my review wouldn't be objective likely.

Do not get the crab cake, do not get the crab cake, do not get the crab cake!!!! Okay, now that we got that out of the way, this is a typical bar food environment. Staff is kind and quick, the space is open and bright. The food is....subpar by far. The cheese curds were fine but the other things were a disaster. If you serve a $38 crab cake and call it jumbo lump but then give the customer a shredded blue crab cake that is mostly breading, straight to jail. I'm not sure who thought the preperation here was okay but it should be taken off the menu as it is poor even by Colorado standards. Their mac and cheese had less flavor than the crab cake which was an impressive feat. Do not order the crab cake!!!!

Nashville hot chicken sandwich and crispy green beans

Service was excellent! Overall food was just as delicious as the last time outside the brisket which my husband said was dry and chewy. I was worried the smoked steak sandwich would be super Smokey but it wasn't as all! It was delicious! And the horseradish sauce that came with was great! We only wish this place was closer to us!

Side of crisp fried green beans. I'm here to say these are INCREDIBLE!!! Mmm mm m

We stopped in for lunch last Saturday and so glad we did. The location is incredible. The views of Pikes Peak and the front range are magical. She was just resplendent that day. There was a sign to seat yourself. We were greeted cheerfully and told "anywhere is fine". There are lots of big screens around the room with all the games on. The west facing wall is pretty much all glass, so the mountains are right there. Our server came by quickly and she was fantastic; friendly, polite, prompt. The menu is great. Tons of delicious options. I ordered the nicoise salad. It was so good, so so good, and different than any nicoise I've ever had. There were seared tuna skewers, smoked kalamata olives, crisp fried green beans, artichokes and the most beautifully cooked 7 minute egg. My husband had the half roast chicken and he said it may have been the best chicken he's ever had. The portions are quite generous and the prices very fair. We will be back soon!
