This company has a very specific way of doing business that, in my opinion, takes advantage of…read morenaïve consumers. They are friendly on the phone and prompt, but the first thing they do is examine the work and then tell you the price -- and then ask you to sign a contract that you will pay that amount. This seems like a fair way to do business, but it's not. What you do not know is that their pricing is ridiculously high. In my particular example, I was charged $350 for (and I'm not exaggerating) 15 minutes of work. It was a trivial job and they should have told me that. Instead, they relied on me being an unsophisticated home-owner who wants the problem solved and is too naïve to believe that any reputable plumber would grossly overcharge. When the work is done and you're like, "What? You're charging me that amount for a few minutes work," they remind you that you signed a contract. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never do business with this company again. Not only do I feel ripped off and taken advantage of by this transaction, but now I'm suspicious of every repair company. Contrast this with another plumbing repair I recently had. My garbage disposal was jammed. On the phone, he estimated it would $300+ depending on the problem. When he came out, he noticed that it was a very simple (2 minute) fix and then, rather than gouging me, said, "I don't feel right charging you our estimated amount. How about a $95 trip charge and $50 for the repair?" So different.

Giving 1 star because they completed only about 30% of what I needed. I scheduled a service online…read moreand followed up by phone to ensure someone would come out to assess multiple items: sprinkler repair, aerator check, and septic pumping. Instead, they sent a driver with only a pumping truck, who didn't know about the other issues and could only pump the septic. For the sprinkler issue, I received a generic and overpriced quote (~$500) to install two new heads when I simply needed one reinstalled. Worse, I was told I'd have to accept that quote just to get a technician to diagnose the real problem. When I called to clarify, I was informed I'd need to pay $150 for a visit to assess the issue -- which is exactly what I thought I had already scheduled. To top it off, their truck damaged my driveway. I've attached a picture and will be sharing this experience on other platforms to help others avoid the same. Disappointing service overall.

They admitted that a regulator is a must, and not an option. Gas from a propane tank is under high pressure and not having a regulator can, with an ignition source, cause a fire or explosion. The Samsung range we purchased with it's safety valve and regulator shut things down so we thought there was a problem with the range, I appreciate Stephany Underwood who, at first, defended her company but then stepped up to accept responsibility and do the right thing. They did reimburse me the costs of having another company install a regulator. Integrity is the integration of what one believes, with what one says, with how one acts. In this instance, Underwood has acted with integrity whish is in there motto.
