The forecast had a 50/50 chance of rain, so I really appreciated them letting me know that. This was just a preventative spray because Middle Tennessee has gotten a lot of rain lately and we've seen a handful of critters trying to get in our house. They did the inside, outside, and got rid of all the cobwebs on our first and second story windows, including the roof over hangs. The spraying took about 30-minutes and for everything it $175 and lasts about 3 months. This was the best quoted price. I got everything from about $75 to even $400! Fingers crossed no critters make it inside the house!
