I wasn't familiar with the shop since it's somewhat new in the area. But she seemed like someone i would vibe with and does the work i like. Hayes is so kind and sweet and makes you feel comfortable instantly. I instantly felt like we've known each other forever. She is also super professional and accommodating. The other guy i met at the shop was super nice and made me feel comfortable as well. She has such good vibes and i definitely will be back for more tattoos from her. I have a pretty decent amount of tattoos and I'm super impressed with her work and the experience as well! It healed so nicely and i liked that she uses tagaderms and she even gave me an extra one. The second artist, Drew, who did my girlfriend's tattoo (right), was the complete opposite. He took his time, was patient, detail-oriented, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. The linework is clean, the tattoo healed well, and the overall experience was exactly what you'd hope for when getting permanent art done. I would go back to him again in a heartbeat. Same shop, same day -- two very different outcomes. If you're considering this place, who you book with makes all the difference.

I got greeted by 'the man of the shop'. He did amazing explaining the care processes to me and another client. He explained any questions we had for him thoroughly.
