Once I checked in on the kiosk it only took a few minutes to be called over to complete my check in. Once I finished and sat down it took 4 minutes before I was in the back getting x-rayed. I used a similar practitioner in the LA area. I think Prolong is a better approach and less expensive with better results. Not all practitioners are looking out for you. Some are more about the money and getting you through as quickly as possible. Similar to traditional healthcare where the Dr has to see so many patients a day, this is not that type of experience. Revere told her they sold their old machine to another provider, and their machine was much better. Medicare did not pay all of the bill which was around $900. I went to a Physician assistant at Revere concerning my hip. The bill exceeded $900. Medicare did not cover the balance. I paid the copay upon arrival, and Revere billed me additional. I am shocked that a simple visit could exceed $900. I will never go to Revere again.

I met with the nurse and she took my vitals and asked about the symptoms that I had. She then went to get the doctor. The doctor came in and said I need to take a swab test, unfortunately I thought it was for my throat but it was not. It was a COVID swab test for my nose and there was no reason for me to take this at the time because I knew I had already been exposed to a virus and had been taking Ivermectin for one week. Once I refused the test the doctor came in and told me that if I didn't take the COVID test she would refuse care. I refused the test and was released without any care. I had bronchitis and had to reach out to another doctor to get the help that I needed. I would NEVER go to this clinic again as long as Dr. Bobbie and her cohort nurse are still there.

I was being seen for Acid Reflux and was not given any suggestions for lifestyle changes. I had an endoscopy and only then did I see the doctor. I had to wait one hour past my appointment time to be called for my procedure. After three weeks and leaving messages and complaining to Intermountain help line did I finally get my test results. I asked why it took so long and was told Dr. Gunnerson had been on call so much he did not have time to look at pathology results. I am curious is there really that many emergencies for Gastro? I have been very pleased with all other specialists, doctors and PA's at Intermountain; but, I will not return here.
