The only viable entrance is on the Westside and every other door is labeled "Do Not Use" or "Use Other Door" with an arrow towards the back of the store. Finally enter and love the full golf vibe with the massive amount of gold club heads and the digital golf club hitting area. All the big brand golf companies on display including Ping, Titleist, TaylorMade, Srixon, Wilson, XXI0 and Cleveland Golf. Some clearance sections on golf shirts and some decent pricing on golf club bags. Three staff members available to assist customers.

Scott immediately had some thoughts on solutions to getting this done, with a range of price points. We scheduled a test fit the following Saturday, and spent two hours hitting balls, taking data and analyzing my son's swing. Scott had some take out shafts that would be able to replace the entire set of irons and wedges, but wanted to start with his 7 and 9 to make sure they would work well. They did! Two weeks later we brought Scott the rest of the irons and wedges to get reshafted. By the end of the same day, they were completed. Scott even offered to let us pick the clubs up from his house since I couldn't pick them up during normal business hours. This has been an experience rarely seen in today's world of crummy customer service. Thank you Scott, you've been excellent to work with!

The hours on the door says 4 PM when I called the number I got a voicemail at 2:30 stating they close at 5 PM knocked on the door. No one answered. There is a car outside. Mallard rep pointed to No Refund - No Exchange sign behind register. Then rep took me to an in-store, identical model Nike shoe box and pulled out the 2 year mfg warranty card and said they are covered by manufacturer. I went on Nike's warranty claim website only to find out that they do not warranty anything 2 years past the date shoe was manufactured. I checked the shoe tag to find that the shoe was manuactured in June 2011. I bought the shoe in Feb 2014. That means that the date I purchased the shoes "new", it was already eight months out of warranty by the manufacturer. Yet Mallard is representing them as new and covered under manufacturer warranty. In fact, while at the store today, I check the shoes they had for sale an found one with a mfg date in 2010! Same early dates were found with the Callaway shoes displayed. Had I known the warranty of these shoes and not relied on store representation, I would not have purchased them. The moral of this story is to do your homework. And if a store has a No Refund - No Exchange policy, go to a chain store like Golfsmith. And, check Nike's website for the list of "authorized" vendors; of which Mallard is not listed. Very disappointing.

First time at this Dick's in Coral Springs and still on a hunt for superbowl shirts…read more Well, this store had plenty of athletic gear as all Dick's do but absolutely nothing for the Superbowl which was surprising. The store is loaded with an impressive high wall of soccer balls and basketballs which seem to be the focal point upon entering. It was very quiet and lots of staff but no greeting which is a first. The wife actually confronted staff at the register to direct us to a specific area. The found a FL Panthers common T-shirt that she liked but at an astounding $40.00 she put it back on the table.
