Sharlene was able to take me at the last minute and I am so grateful! This was one of the best massages I have ever received. I think this is the best massage I've had. And I've had lots of massages done to me in California and here in Oregon. Sharlene does it well and she makes sure you're getting what you want. I had a prenatal massage and it was amazing. She uses a heated bed and heated wraps which all adds to the relaxing experience. Would love to go back. I would recommend her to my husband too. read more

I love receiving massages, but usually I am nervous to schedule a massage because I enjoy deep pressure which oftentimes massage therapists have been unable to provide. I found Sharlene online, and my first appointment was amazing! She focused on problem areas on my back, and was able to deliver the exact amount of pressure I needed. She massages more intuitively and understands what the body needs more so than other masseuses I have experienced. I lead trips for Outward Bound, so my body can become especially tight and full of tension. I enjoyed the massage so much, I decided to sign up for a 90 minute session at the end of a 65 day course. Sharlene immediately sent me a personalized response when I scheduled the appointment and during the appointment went the extra mile to make sure I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend trying out her first time customer 90 more minute massage deal! I will definitely recommend Sharlene to friends in the area, due to her professionalism, expertise, and reasonable rates :). read more

Be careful....if you should have to cancel due to "unforeseen emergencies" or in my case an crisis with one of my clients, ( I cancelled on line 2 1/2 hrs before) you will a scolding by phone call and then retaliation from an email. Be careful. She is a good massage therapist, but so are many others in Redmond. read more

I went to Sharlene to see if she could help alleviate some of the pain I have in my feet using reflexology massage since I have Peripheral Neuropathy. Sharlene has done wonders with the active nerves in my feet. I am now able to do most things without thinking of my feet and walking strange. She convinced me that doing a full body massage along with the reflexology massage could help more and I am so glad she did. I have many years on this body and it sure makes it feel younger. To top things off Sharlene then started doing Ashiatsu Massage and thought I should see if I works well for me. Since she had only made me feel better, why not. I tried it and it massaged me what I thought was very deep. It felt very enjoyable, but I knew for sure that I would be achy the following day. To my surprise the next day I had no aches, no pains but an over flow of energy that I had not had for around 20 years. What a wonderful day it was. My energy level has fluctuated some since, but I am very anxious to have her do the Ashiatsu Massage again. If you are into getting Massages, have Sharlene give you the Ashiatsu massage. For me it is sure a new and wonderful experience. In summary, if you want to feel better, Sharlene can sure help. read more

Sharlene initially trained at Central Oregon Community College obtaining over 1800 hours(550 required) with Associates in Applied Sciences, Massage and the two year Advanced Certificate in Bodywork. She has taken advanced trainings in medical massage certification, treating TMJD, Releasing Nerve Entrapements, Myofascial Release modalities, Ashiatsu massage, Cupping and Gua Sha to name a few. Sharlene has worked with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors for the medical treatment side. She has worked in five star and award winning full service Spas in Washington and Oregon, becoming skilled in many ancient and Eastern medicine treatments integrated for your better health and vitality.
