    I had a frustrating experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts…read more I came in for a simple purchase, a car fuse, and found myself about 15 people deep in line. Several customers ahead were engaged in longer part consultations at the counter, which slowed everything down. I asked a team member if there was a separate line for quick, over the counter purchases. I was directed to the same line, with no alternative option. Key issues: No separation between quick purchases and detailed consultations Long wait times for simple transactions Inefficient use of staff during peak demand There were at least 4 to 5 customers ahead of me making quick purchases, yet all were stuck waiting behind lengthy consultations. This created unnecessary delays. If the goal is to improve in store sales and customer experience, consider: Assigning one staff member to handle quick purchases Creating a separate line for simple transactions Managing consultation flow more efficiently This process needs improvement. Walked out and left the fuse behind. I made my purchase on Amazon for a lot less with overnight delivery.

He explain everything so well to our understanding. Amazing Amazing people person. I will come back to the Chester location. I call him. I tell him what we are working on and he checks the closest location for us and the part. We do t even mind driving to him. He makes us feel like family. I was just amazed at his Customer Service skills. I have not had any Customer Service anywhere since Covid. It just made me feel so appreciated as a customer.. five stars for the guy!

    They had my toyota celica for THREE MONTHS. When I finally got it back, after having it promised…read moreback in three weeks, the replacement engine was a cheap, high mile used one pulled out of a car in a junk yard and spray painted silver to look new. This is after these sons of bitches had my car for THREE MONTHS. I refused to drive it home up to Lake Isabella because I could tell it was a quick switch out and not a rebuild, so some sales clerk drove up the canyon and guess what? IT OVER HEATED BEING DRIVEN TO MY HOUSE because the engine was crap. This was the WORST crap I have ever had to deal with EVER. Thank God I was able to do a charge back on my credit card because the owner refused to refund my money. *********THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS TO WOMEN.************* This was a friggen nightmare, and hope the owner burns in hell for being such a turd to me. I should of taken my car to the local toyota dealership for a REAL rebuild.

I paid the bill and loaded the vehicle onto a trailer. I went to Dept of Motor Vehicle and filed a complaint. The owner would not Co-0perate and said"sue me". SO MUCH FOR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. Biggest rip-off in my lifetime and I'm 75 years old. Bad busness to do business with. Con-Artist!!!!!
