Do Not take your car here!!! I brought my 2004 325i BMW here just to get smogged. Ended up paying $1000.00 to have all O2 sensors replaced. Finally after driving over 400 miles and taking it back 4 different times it finally passed. 10 minutes after leaving the store my "check engine" light came on again.. So I took it back for them to then say I had a leak somewhere in the engine. Would be couple more hundred dollars. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere professional. Not to mention their store is so dirty and not taken care. Crap cars go to a crap place. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I called in the morning to ask if I needed an appointment and they said no to come at lunch time and they will do a quick smog test in 20 min. I took my 1 hour lunch break there and long story short, I was over an hour late getting back to work. Very unprofessional, very dirty, and very unsatisfactory. During my wait, an employee was saying inappropriate comments about the way I was dressed and trying to hit on me multiple times. The manager was sitting right there and did not stop him. As a female I do not feel comfortable going back there and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will never go back there again. The money saved was not worth the brain damage and hassle from employees. Pay $10 more and go to a chain like Pep Boys or Jiffy Lube. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

RIP OFF! I went here for a smog. Ended up having to get work done, 1000 dollars worth!! Then there credit card machine was "down" so I had to give them cash. Right then and there I should have known it was a bad place! Anyways ended up getting my car smogged, and the day I left my check imagine light went on! So I went back and they tried to tell me a list of things that could be wrong! I have a newer car as well. They weren't the friendliest either! There waiting room is really dirty, spiders and spider webs, dirt on floor and smells. I won't be going back. read more

I was in/out within 20 min. Keep in mind they are located at the "corner" Suite-A, not to be confused with 2 other smog shops within the same business complex. This place is a diamond in the rough. Had my 2003 Toyota Corolla in for the Check Engine Light from February 22,2014-March 27,2014 for repair. Car in shop for 34 days. (No Kidding). I was charged $836.80 for the repairs. The Car was picked up and Smog check completed Thursday March 27, 2014. Drove car 57 miles to work and back and the Check Engine light came back on. I checked the code with the Scan tool, and the same code was there. I took the car to Toyota of Redlands, paid $118.00 to find out the trouble. The service advisor told me there was no way the car passed Smog Check with the code still there. Toyota of Redlands informed me the Evaporative Canister needed to be replaced for an additional cost of $600.00 for parts and labor. Redlands Smog Stop did not know what they were doing. I have a dated and detailed log of phone conversations with the Manager Steve Nelson. Do Not take your car to this place of Business. read more

I am always skeptical about going to mechanics because I'm a female. However, I went in for new brakes. Ricky helped me told me what I needed & did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. Instead he tried to make it so that It would be less expensive. The atmosphere is laid back I was able to study in their lobby area until they were finished.
