They kept the appointment, provided a clear explanation of the work that would be done and submitted the quote the same day which was very affordable and. They also gave me start and completion date and kept to the schedule. The work was done on time, and they did a great job with the cleanup. They also provided great customer service and follow-up. It's rare that I would say I would recommend a company to my friends and feel confident they would be taken care of, but that is the case here. Paula's Roofing LLC is a family-owned business that has great integrity, professionalism and really cares that the customers are looked after and satisfied with the product.

An estimator came out and inspected it but did not give me a written estimate. The next day a crew of 2 came to repair the area and the estimator came back with the written estimate but the job was already finished (in 3.5 hours). Only 1 of the crew, a young guy, actually worked on the repair; the 2nd crew person left to pick up 2 boards needed for the repair. The estimator did not correctly asses what materials needed to be on the work truck, necessitating a drive to purchase materials. I was charged for 2 half days of labor plus driving ( a total of 2 crewman for 8 hours each) however only 1 crew person actually worked; the 2nd crew person was gone for 2 hours picking up supplies and when she was on the site- she only assisted in priming the 2 boards that were replaced, for about 30 minutes. I shared photos of the 2nd crewman leaving and returning as well as standing around during the time the 1st crew worked. Further, although I was charged for a full bucket of primer, the container was only 1/4 full at the beginning and the crew did not leave me the leftover primer, which I was charged for. I was charged at the end a total of 16 hours for labor and driving time and I estimated the labor for crew person 1 to be 3.78 hours and crew person 2 to be 3 hours although she did not work except for about 30 minutes. I would not use this company for repairs as they do not provide timely estimates and the number of crew needed for a job are padded high as well as not working although being paid to work; the crew are dishonest and the owners of the company.
