Throughout the project, he and his team were nothing short of excellent. Once I shared my initial ideas, he added experience and knowledge of what would and might not work, with alternatives and recent install suggestions. His design ideas were great, and we changed direction a few times to follow his suggestions! The team laid high quality protection materials, and left the house spotless at the end of every day. We stayed in regular contact on project progress, changes, challenges and updates, with him providing useful solutions at every point rather than just announcing an issue! Chris has great energy and loves his work, clearly putting pride into the room. I'll certainly be using him again in future!

Kenny came over within two days, provided a fair quote, and had it done within two weeks. We had one issue in the dining room with some swirls in the finish and Kenny had his guys back the next day to fix it. I was very pleased with the work. The second time I used Kenny's was in 2013 when I was 8 months pregnant and in desperate need of help with my master bathroom. My husband and I decided to tear down our old bathroom, but it was a hasty decision with no plan of attack that left us with a gutted bathroom and no time to pull everything together. I called Kenny and he came over right away. Not only did he do an amazing job with the tiles, but he helped to guide us through the rest of the process. He laid out each step for us so that we could continue to put all the pieces together and with a lot of hard work I have a gorgeous master bathroom. By the time we were done I felt like Kenny had become part of my family. After this experience I have become a loyal customer. In addition to the above mentioned work, Kenny has also done woodwork in my dining room and has installed carpets. Each time I have always been satisfied. Every time I walk into the shop with my three kids in tote, I am greeted by Kenny and Ellen like an old friend. I would recommend Kenny to anyone who wants to be part of a family.
