The prints and frames on offer look to be nice enough. However, the service I received on getting an estimate would keep me out of this shop. It was a small custom job, to be fair, but I was treated like it was beneath them to bother with it. I've often walked past and thought oh, that's really pretty, but not been tempted back in because I don't want to support businesses who treat their potential customers, no matter the size of the job, so shoddily. read more

I have used this shop for many years and although we have left the area we still travel nearly 200 mile round trip to come here for our framing. We recently heard of another customer who also travels miles to use this shop. Quite simply the advice is superb and the quality of the product is first class. It is a one man band so you may have to wait if the proprietor is dealing with another customer but, on the plus side, when he is dealing with you he doesn't keep breaking off to deal with other people. I have had many pictures framed at this shop over the years. I think the service excellent. The owner is extremely diligent and really does take his time to make sure the right frame is chosen. Great value and the finished product was high quality. I can understand why the previous reviewers commented on the service as the owner is very abrupt. However, he clearly knows what is talking about and did a great job of framing some dried flowers for me. I previously used a framers close to Reigate and they charged me three times as much for a similar job! read more
