The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. This photo scanning company is one of the best out there. They scanned my grandmother's whole…read morephoto collection (2000+) and I am very pleased with the results. -the shipping and turn around was easy and prompt. -good customer service over the phone -unlike other companies they scan at 600 dpi which was great for my family treasures. Previously I tried Go Photo and Scan Cafe and not been pleased with the results. Scanned copies are so vulnerable to reflected imperfections it is important to go with a good company otherwise you'll end up with almost useless copies. While Digital Memories Online's pricing is a little higher it was definitely worth it to me. On the con side some of the batches came with a faint brown streak through them. You can not see it when looking at the individual photo, but I noticed it when looking at the condensed thumbnails all together. One other minor point was that they scanned our black and white photos in color so they all had a pink hue. Once I converted them to greyscale though the quality was great.
