I usually work with Jane. I had one instance where I needed some t-shirts for an event, went to pick them up the day before my event and there were mistakes on the t-shirts. Not good because we only had one t-shirt for the event. Well Jane is great, she not only corrected the t-shirts but gave me extra ones at no charge. They look phenomenal. I understand that mistakes do and will happen and I respect when a business establishment owns up to it and uses that opportunity to "WOW" me

After 3 emails and 2 phone calls, I was told it would arrive by Christmas. Emailed again this week asking for shipment information. I don't expect I am going to receive my package. Definitely going to dispute with my credit card company. Business practices are poor, customer service is worse. Never again will I support this local business.

Everyone there is like a personal friend. I recently moved from Dublin, OH to Austin, TX. I found myself back in a volunteer spiritwear position for a local lacrosse team. We tried different local companies. I was worried about not finding name brand selections or quick processing times for our team stores. The local companies could not compete! I was so excited to be able to work with Ares again. We closed our 1st EVER Team Store. 1st ever PlayDay shirt order. The Ares Team helped me every step of the way!! YAY, I am a Raving Fan!! I recently used this company for some quick turnaround homecoming shirts and my experience was…read morelackluster to say the least. I received little to no communication from ANYONE. I sent multiple emails and phone calls and the only responses I received was the initial quote and call that my garments were complete, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER APPROVED THE PROOF. I reached out two days after I dropped off my shirts as I hadn't received any design proofs and was worried about hitting my deadline. Got no response after multiple attempts and then was called later that day to inform me my project was done and ready for pickup... When I went in to try and figure out what happened, they told me that they just went ahead since it was basically the design I sent.. except it was different fonts and not what I was hoping for. They offered no sort of discount, let alone any sort of apology for charging me $45 for three shirts that didn't even end up how I wanted them. Not to mention that there was sticky residue and printing lines all over two of the shirts. I tried washing it off and no luck. Would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can as they clearly don't follow any proper business practices. Money wasted.

Unfortunately, the shirts were not correct. Each print was defective and not centered on the shirts. I informed them of the issues, and the manager tried to say it was my design. I came back the next day with proof it wasn't my design. Then the manager told me she was frustrated because they had issues with their DTG printer. "After all, it's old and needs to be serviced." I asked to speak to the owner about a refund for the prints. I ask why would they take on business with an inconsistent/broken printer. I was surprised by how unprofessional and inconsiderate the owner was. The owner told me that the shirts were my problem and I was lucky to get a refund from her. I walked away with a refund for less than half the money I spent and a very unpleasant experience.

I have gone to this cleaner for a couple of years now with no issues, however, the damage done to a…read morebrand new suit brings me to this review. I removed the plastic from around my suit after bringing it home from Crown Point Cleaners. It had small dark stains on the right sleeve by the shoulder. There was nothing noted on the hanger that there was a stain on the sleeve that they could not remove. I've never had an article of clothing returned to me by a cleaner that had a stain without a tag stating that there was a stain that couldn't be removed. I took it back to them and the owner said it was from a moth. A MOTH! I purchased the suit less than two months ago. I tell this to her and then she claims its mildew. MILDEW! I can't believe my ears. I did not even walk in blaming them for what happened. I simply showed it to her. No apology, nothing. In fact, she said there were more spots on the pants. I never even looked at them and when I got home, she was right! I then took the suit to another dry cleaner. The owner looked at it thoroughly and said it was an ink stain. He said it was obvious that an ink pen had broken on the suit. He had the seamstress remove the inner lining of the sleeve and spent four days trying to remove the stain. No luck. The work Crown Point did set the stain. There is no way that the suit was brought to Crown Point Cleaners with those stains. The location of the ink blots are impossible to happen without me knowing. I can't believe that someone would so badly lie about something that was so obviously their fault and never even give me heads up. Stay away!!!!!!!
