My husband and I recently purchased a home through Redfin and had a wonderful experience from start to finish - Allie Howard was our agent and she is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. This was our 5th home purchase and the best experience we have had to date! We were regular users of the Redfin site for home searches and the website has great features for looking for homes - like the home notes posted by the field agents. Once we decided to move forward on a purchase we were very happy with the personal service we received combined with the technology. Including the digital signatures when we made our offer and the Deal room on the Redfin website which helped us stay informed on all steps of the process. We moved very quickly on the purchase of our home and the whole Redfin team worked hard to ensure all of the pieces came together to make it happen. And of course it was great to receive a refund at the end of the deal! We would definitely recommend the Redfin experience to our friends and family and anyone looking to purchase a home. read more

Work with Redfin and specifically ask for Kenny Whiteside. I was a first time home buyer and did 2 years of research and home hunting, interacting with multiple agents and agencies. Redfin is the only one that had their sh*t together. The site and mobile app are great, but it's the agent that really matters. Kenny Whiteside and his team at Redfin made the first time home buying process seamless and comfortable. I was always extremely well informed and his team consistently went above and beyond expectations to make sure I had everything I needed to complete the process with ease. They were extremely patient and never pressured me into anything. NOT ONCE! Use Redfin. Demand to use Kenny Whiteside at Redfin. Don't waste your time with anyone else. read more

I loved my experience with Redfin. No obligation or agent's pressure to buy a home. You can go any number of times until you find the house which you want to call home. Field agents are salaried based so they don't force you to buy a specific property (no sales incentives as the motive). Redifn agents are very responsive and knowledgeable and help in negotiation too. In this way, i had all good experience and lastly got my 1.5% back which I could use towards closing. I Love Redfin "Technology in Estate Business" , No sales pressure, You are the deal maker. Find the home you want. Good Luck! read more

Gina was absolutely amazing! We are recommending her and Redfin to all of our friends and family members. Our home buying saga was impressively complex, but she navigated it with perceptible ease, and ample reassurance for us as first time home buyers. She managed to find us the impossible. A wonderful farmhouse with a few acres of land, less than 5 minutes outside of Redmond, Washington. Later on when the hour was darkest, and the seller was unwilling to make necessary plumbing changes, she fought for us. She managed to get the seller to repipe the entire house to our specifications. Anyone who lives in the Puget Sound Region knows just how competitive real estate is in the area. Gina managed to find us an insanely beautiful home, in the award winning Lake Washington School District, with a huge yard for our dogs, at a very good price. That alone should speak for her skill as a realtor. While she is a professional, Gina is friendly and warm. She is the only agent I've ever encountered who puts herself in the 'same boat' as her clients. She gave us updates on the house buying process as soon as she received the information, sometimes even when she was busy with a family event. It's challenging to describe, but when she gave us bad news it was a lot easier emotionally, because we knew she was there with us, not for us. Which made receiving good news a joy. Throughout the process she remained steadfast, professional, and charming. All of our future real estate purchases will be through her, or through individuals that she vouches for. I recommend that anyone intending to purchase a home in the East Side work with her. Update as of August 2017- We love our house, and Redfin is a wonderful service to go through period. When you buy through Redfin you get to work with a highly skilled agent, who has a killer team supporting them. Gina was our agent and we really enjoyed working with her. One thing I would like to add is that Gina has a lot of experience with people in the housing industry. For instance we needed a home inspection and she pulled up the information on a company she could vouch for, and had it scheduled in less than five minutes. Also, she supported my 'first time homebuyers nerves' through the entire process, and for that I will always be thankful. If you can work with Gina, or Redfin, do. read more

I sold my home through Redfin and it was a great choice. We had to move out of state by a certain time and were planning on showing our house vacant if we needed to but it wasn't an issue since Redfin managed to get us sold BEFORE we left! We sold after only 10 days on the market. We had a ton of showings and had we not accepted the first offer, I know we would have had more. The pictures they take are amazing and really highlight your home...they hire a professional...not those poorly lit pictures of furniture some other realtors call home photos. And the website was super cool too not just because of the great pictures but because you could keep track of how many clients were looking at your home and where they were coming from. I really loved being able to see how popular our house was and also that it was being followed up by requests for showings. It was wonderful not to have to pay the 6% but instead 4.5%. This really helped us maximize our profit so we had a nice down payment on a new home. And Redfin really pulled for us and was optimistic about what we could get for our home. They got us $30K more than what a traditional agent thought we could get. They weren't interested in lowballing for a quick sale, but took our needs into account and helped us price it realistically. Had Redfin been in the area, I would have used them to buy my new home as well. They did a wonderful job with communication long distance. Almost everything we did we were able to do online through Docusign. This helped out a lot since we didn't want to have to wait a long time to close mailing things back and forth. They were also extremely helpful in helping make sure the sale went through by making sure inspectors and workmen were able to access the home. They even went so far as to making calls for us to make sure everything got done on time. Our agent Kim Giles and her partner Ryan Kingsbury were really quite wonderful and I would recommend them (and Redfin in general) to anyone that wants to buy or sell a home. read more

We LOVE the Redfin website -- it's amazing. However, their agents are anything but. We first tried to use Redfin in the purchase of our house. The "field agents" were totally on time to show us the house and were great, but the trouble started when we were ready to put in an offer. We contacted the Redfin office to let them know that we wanted to write up an offer, and heard nothing for 24 hours. When we checked back in, we were told by the agent that we'd been assigned that we needed to be patient, that she was very busy with meetings. The house that we were putting in an offer on was in a very desirable area, with a history of homes selling quickly. We asked if she'd even notified the listing agent that an offer was coming in -- the answer: no. After an additional day passed, we tried contacting the agent again. She was again very annoyed with us (sorry we're trying to put in an offer on a $550k house???) and brushed us off until 5pm that evening. At that point, we decided that we didn't want to lose the house waiting around for her schedule to free up, so we switched to a traditional agent. At that point, we thought our experience with Redfin was done, but it wasn't. A month later when we listed our old home on the market, we got an offer from a couple represented by a Redfin agent. We accepted the offer, after several counters, with one of the BIG requirements being that we close before the end of the month (we have an FHA loan, and if we don't pay our loan off on the 1st of the month, we have to pay the next month's interest in full). Our agent checked to make sure this was no problem -- it wasn't. Things seem to be progressing fine, until Saturday before closing (Monday was supposed to be closing). Apparently the appraisal had never been filed. Though it had happened 3 weeks prior to closing, the Redfin agent assigned the file went on vacation and didn't check up on that or the loan progress AT ALL. So I guess whoever had been assigned to sub in for the Redfin agent checked Friday night before closing, saw that there was no appraisal, and then sent our agent a request for a closing date in March (the following month). When we pointed out that the change in closing date would cost us an additional $2,000 in closing fees, the Redfin agent basically said too bad. Though it was very obviously their mistake, they were unwilling to compensate for it, and refused to answer any calls from our agent for 12 hours. In trying to get ahold of anyone, our traditional agent spoke with over 7 different people. No one seemed to be handling the file at all, and no one was willing to try and deal with the problem. After about 5 additional hours of work on our agents' end, she was able to finally iron things out, but basically the Redfin agents were ready to either lose the deal over their mistake, or pawn the additional expense off on their clients, even though it was no fault of their clients. In short, unless you don't care how much it ultimately costs you, and you don't care about losing your house, DON'T WORK WITH REDFIN. read more

Not the customer service that I was expecting and when I was sent the "survey" for input and was told that a executive would contact me, yeah, that never happened. I would have loved to have shared my experience. read more

Had Alex from the Renton office come out to house. What a waste of time! She wanted to LIST our home for around $310,000. I gave her several valid reasons why it should be listed for at least $340,000. She flat out said she would not list it for that amount! We just sold our home with ANOTHER AGENCY FOR $340.000. It was listed for 2 days! REDFIN only charges 1 1/2 % commission but way short on knowing what they are doing! AVOID THIS COMPANY! read more

We used Redfin Nov 2010 b/c of the website, and the rebate. Their website is top-notch, and one of the reasons I got "addicted" to house-hunting, and now *I am a real estate agent*. The Redfin service was good, but what I regret now is not having an agent that was more involved. You can setup tours on their website and you meet up with a "Field agent" (not a real estate agent). We probably dealt with 3-4 different ones, some had more knowledge than others. They basically are there to show you the houses, and also answer questions about Redfin. The only time we actually met with our real estate agent was when we wrote up the offer. She was not at the inspection which I think was a 'miss'. And in the end she was not as aggressive in the negotiations. I think we could have saved another 5-10% off the price by going with an agent that was more "involved". That's one of the main reasons why I don't recommend Redfin. Yes you will save $ on the commission, but in the end you could be leaving money on the table. In my mind it comes down to quality (vs quantity). read more

Run far from the south end red fin area. There are only 2 agents for the entire Renton, Kent, Auburn and beyond area. They do not work out of an office and will only meet you, the seller, one time to get their contract listing of your home. Sellers will NEVER see the agent again, it all works through emails and electronic signatures. The discounts are not that good once you read the contract. You still pay the buyers commission of 3% and a 1.5 % or 6K Redfin to have them sell your home. Unless you are selling a home over 750K (our is 270K) the discount is only about $1500. They basically give you bad service and hide the costs. They claim they get paid on salary so only want to work with people who will give them high praise so they get paid out of the 6K they do not call commission but indeed is. Both agents who work our area exclusively did not instill confidence in me. The first comp and paperwork had the wrong address on it. We were not impressed the house number was wrong, the city was wrong, and she was flippant when I pointed out her mistake. We tried the second lady and she has my husbands name on his email and still calls him by the wrong name. How can you not see his name on the email? His name is on the house and she still can't get it right. Two not bright ones. When she learned of my husband's Asperger's/autism they did not want to work with him. She claimed it was too much work to deal with a client with autism. She further told me how Redfin works. EVERYTHING is electronically signed and only meet once to get us to sign up our home with them. Once you are locked in, no more face to face ever. Several times I called the agent, always running around too busy to answer questions or mulit tasking personal dinners plans or parties. They also do not work weekends. Redfin in a nutshell as explained by Linda and Monique of Redfin. Full service realtors meet you and have that time to spend with their clients so that is why they charge the 6% commissions. Full service only sell 7-12 homes a year. Redfin agents sell 50-75 homes a year and that is why they do not have time to meet the sellers, use spell check or verify they have correct names, addresses etc. They claim the deep discount(BEWARE) is why they are so successful and simply can not give the service of a real realtor. They gouge you for their 'salaried" commission. Just don't use the commission word. You will either pay 1.5% of gross sale towards their "salary" or 6K which ever is MORE. Most homes in this area are not million dollar homes so the 1.5% is a joke unless your home sells for more than a million. 6K is about what a full service office charges for FULL SERVICE. I may be critical but if Redfin relies solely on emails and electronic signatures or paperwork, they should not start with the wrong address and wrong name of home owner. ****Also if they send you an offer and you do not get it or get back to them in 24-36 hours, it will automatically default into seller agrees to what ever low ball or absurd offer got made by a buyer.****** Since they have not sent me one correct email yet, and I only received one out of the claimed 5 sent, I'd be leery of this scam too. It is the difference of Costco shopping as opposed to Central Market shopping. You get what you pay for. The only 5 stars on here are from buyers, who got the sellers to pay all their costs. I want to pick my own charities, and Redfin is not it. Sellers will not fare as well as buyers in this unless you want to give your property away and waste money. Added info after talking with the area manager....I would subtract the one star. She defended the fact that BOTH her agents, the only agents for that area, had made grave errors in their electronic documents to us. Mistakes happen she told me. Yes, but all your agents in that area making mistakes 100% of the time on EVERY email? That is just plain sloppy greed for money with no trace of professionalism. These are LEGAL documents to sell our biggest investment, and no one can get the address or owners name right? Not even one time? There is no excuse, although I was blamed for being critical and pointing out the mistakes. Once they talked to my Asperger husband they said we needed to go somewhere else. My expectations were too high??? HUH? Correct listing of the actual address and right city with the right owners name on the LEGAL correspondence is too high an expectation? Manager also corrected the fact that it's the buyer's who benefit, not sellers. This company is a fraud. While the Kent area is weak, I can't help but wonder how anyone had a good experience selling with them? I'm taking bets on how fast they fold or end up in multiple lawsuits after all the mistakes are made. READ THE FINE PRINT. The discount is actually less than $800 to risk them messing up the sale of our home. EEKS! read more

Buyers beware. Redfin agent Ruby Manuel disrupted my purchase of a home after my family was already told our offer was accepted and getting signed. She seemingly disclosed our preapproval limit and top offer to the other buyer who raised their offer tens of thousands of dollars in ONE jump EXACTLY to my top escalation price. The morning we were expecting out contract back, we were told we had to raise our offer and throw in extra cash to keep the deal. Never followed counter offer processes. Do your self a favor - don't tour houses she lists and don't use her as your agent. Your private information will be at risk. read more

After this post my brother tried to contact the Redfin agent to question why she had ordered the resale certificate and we were informed by Redfin she was no longer with them. My brother then received a call from her manager to apologize for the poor service we had received from this agent and offered to reimburse us for the cost of the resale certificate. We appreciate the gesture and that Redfin took our review/concerns about their service seriously as they tried to rectify the situation as best as they could. read more

Great realtor if you are prepared to be in the driver's seat. You have to do you own search. They e-mail you the papers to sign and you have to send it back. They don't offer much hand holding in guiding you in whether the property fits your style etc. They guide you along the process to make an offer, negotiate and close escrow. In return, they give you back 2/3 of their commission. It took a couple of days before they got my offer going. read more

Update - In regards to the below very specific and well-written response from Glenn Kelman, Redfin CEO I have much less apprehension and much more appreciation for Redfin as an upstanding and viable resource. Per that response, I did not specifically name the agent in my initial review because I did not have issues with how he handled things, more so with how I perceived Redfin policies. The agent was a good representative of the company, IMO. Original review - I've just recently had my first Redfin agent tour & found it to be a bit disturbing. Since I have used Redfin's online resources while buying & selling houses for years (and will continue), I was completely indoctrinated in doing my own research. So using Redfin or another "kickback" broker for agency makes sense for me - I've done important homework, this seems a good way to be compensated for it. But after taking a home tour with a Redfin agent in Bellevue I came away with serious doubts: First, when I asked if I would be able to contact him directly for future tours vs. going back online to schedule he said it wouldn't make a difference, because either way I would likely get a new "tour agent" other than himself though he would be my "primary" agent. When it is time to write an offer, he as the primary will be the one to do it. I didn't like that - if he doesn't tour a house with me he would not have first-hand info about it since he wasn't there, so could not properly represent me in an offer situation. Also I would be explaining my situation again (and maybe again & again) to a new agent for each tour. Secondly, when I expressed interest in making an offer on one of the houses he showed me on that initial tour, his advice was that houses in that market were going at an average 10% over list price. That was a huge hit to his credibility for me; however interesting it may be that the market as a whole is seeing a 10% premium over list price, what did that have to do with the particular house we looked at? Does every house get that 10% bump regardless of asking price? Hell, they should all be asking a million more if that was the case. But it isn't - it was an overall market statistic being applied to an individual house, and was thusly meaningless at best and a serious miss-representation of my interests at worst. Really pissed me off. Lastly, since offers on that house I was interested in were to be reviewed on the following Monday, I asked if he would be able to write an offer up on the Sunday before. He said sure, if fact he'd written 30 offers the week before. Seriously, was he going to give my offer much attention when working with that kind of volume? My impression is that Redfin is seemingly not in it to represent a client's best interests. They just seem to want to get transactions done, and the bigger the dollars the better for them, whether it be at your expense or not. read more

We are completely satisfied with our selling experience with Redfin, Kim Giles (our Redfin agent) and Nicole Swanger (the listing coordinator that helped Kim behind the scenes). We felt like we got the best of both worlds with Kim because she has years of East Side real estate experience plus we got all of the benefits of her being part of Redfin. From our very first meeting with Kim we felt she had a great approach for pricing our place, coming up with the different strategies, staging it, etc. She had a plan for each phase and was prepared to implement them when needed. Throughout the entire process we felt very confident that she had our absolute best interests in mind and we never felt like just another customer or transaction. Kim and Nicole are two of the best communicators we've ever worked with when it comes to responding to emails and phone calls. We can't describe how much we truly appreciated that super high level of commitment and responsiveness to all of our questions and concerns at every step, even if it meant sending them emails at 9pm on a Friday night... at 9:02pm we'd get a reply! Awesome! We love what Redfin stands for and how are empowering home sellers and buyers with an awesome website and services. Go Team Kim! Go Team Redfin! Thank you for a very smooth home sale! read more

Please DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH REDFIN as they are UNETHICAL AND CROOKS. I contacted Redfin to remove our sold home from their website and spoke with Jeffery at 8779733346. He asked for my address which I provided and he said he will not remove it. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. Before contacting Redfin our home information use to appear third or fourth after Trulia etc. After contacting and speaking with Jeffery and Karen Jones at 206 859 2878 our home appears first place with goggle. It is really upsetting to me and seems unethical because they took my home address and did the opposite of what I asked. Above all they refuse to verify the home price with the county. Other websites such as Trulia are more honest and ethical as they won't publish home prices unless verified by the county clerk. More than disappointed and will never do business with Redfin. read more

Unprofessional. Will use your data for their own advertising needs. Old information. The agents are a joke!

Used Redfin for the purchase of a home recently and would recommend their services to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Their website allows you to conduct a very efficient search for homes that might be of interest. I was a little apprehensive about using Redfin to represent me in the home buying process. I thought that since they refund a portion of the commission; the service would reflect a "discount" mentality. My concerns were unfounded. Redfin's service and responsiveness were both first rate. My agent, Cheryl McLaine, is very knowledgeable and a skilled negotiator. She worked hard to complete a fairly complicated transaction with a minimum amount of effort on my part. read more

I just sold a house using Redfin and found the experience the one happy, twinkling light in the multi-faceted real estate transaction. I was a little worried about potential bias by non-Redfin agents to show our place but we had high traffic despite listing in cold, rainy January. We had specified a traditional 3% commission for the buyer's agent which Redfin's low price makes seem OK (cause we still saved a truckload of money). It did hurt bad that we moved out of state to an area they aren't serving (yet). I worked with Andrew (Fadi) Hafzallah who was hands down just the best guy ever and felt like the level of service from Redfin was exceptionally fantastic. This business model is going places and I encourage anyone who wants to save a signficant chunk of money for a barely noticeable amount of extra effort to consider Redfin. read more

Redfin is the wave of the future, my friends. From electronic document signing to professional marketing of your home, these people know how to make happy Customers...and how to move real estate. While everyone there is awesome, my hat (if I wore one) would come off to Earnest Watts. He has so old one home to me, and he is representing me in the sale of my old home. Every communication has been delivered the way I expect it to be...knowledgable, respectful, but above all, friendly. I was originally attracted to Redfin because of the rebate, the great web site and mobile apps but in the end I would recommend the Redfin staff because of the fantastic service. I understand why the real estate industry is threatened by Redfin. The old real estate business focus was to benefit the real estate agent. Redfin has redefined buying a house to put the buyer first. Screening houses with Redfin was super simple. I requested the houses I wanted to evaluate and the agent on site was very knowledge and ALWAYS on time. The Redfin staff was much more responsive then real estate agents I have worked with on previous home purchases. The Redfin "Email Notes to Me" feature is better than the seller's agent's description and saved me a lot of time from seeing houses I would never buy. The "Deal Room" that tracked the overall buying process kept me painlessly on track to purchase my home. The documents are stored and signed electronically was a huge time saver. In the end, Redfin negotiated a great house price, lots of expensive repairs, and provided me with a large refund that I applied to my down-payment. No other real estate broker or company offers anything close to Redfin. If you are buying a house, you want to have the best agent working for you, save tons of time, and get THOUSANDS refunded, use Redfin. read more

This was our first time buying a home, and we worked with Debbie Barbara. Redfin works a bit differently. We met Debbie on our first home tour, and she remained our main point of contact all the way until the end! Once we realized our strategy, and the different directions we had to take it, we realized some of the neat things Redfin does that makes it work well. For example, we had to expand our search to the 'burbs, Issaquah, Tacoma, Shoreline. You get different agents each time you tour. The upside to this is, while our main agent was good on the Eastside, she may not know Tacoma well. So while in Tacoma, you get agents who live in Tacoma, and know Tacoma. I asked questions about the areas, and about Tacoma and your getting resident responses! You always revert back to your agent for offers and closing. For someone who'd like the full service agent to find your perfect home, Redfin may not be right for you. I am a self-sufficient person, and i had criteria id like to meet. The Redfin website lets you outline those, and then using the map i can make sure we stick to good transit, or grocery stores, browse all the pictures, say yay or nay on the fly and find hidden gems. Then you just book a tour online, at times that work for you, and an agent from that area meets you and shows you around. Never any pressure, and most of them had good advice, and noted things about each home good and bad. Our agent was super responsive in the many questions i had, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She made the experience a pleasant one, it was a rough road with so many rejected offers, but she hung with us and finally we closed on our first condo. Redfin made it easy, Debbie made it happen! read more

They kept us informed each step of the way, always took our phone calls answering the myriad of questions and followed up consistently. It was a great experience! read more

If you don't mind doing some of the work yourself, Redfin can save you a lot of money on the sale (or purchase) of a home. They will list your home for a flat $2,000 fee at the time of listing (or you can pay $3,000 at closing). Included in the fee is full representation as your agent - you don't have to negotiate with buyers or agents - just say "Call my agent". We saved nearly $14,000 compared to a traditional agency arrangement - good pay for printing our own flyers and holding a couple of open houses. Primarily a web-based company, I think they are on the leading edge of the future in real estate. read more

When my wife and I decided to take the next step and purchasing a home, we began researching the home buying process online. It was both educational and tedious for both of us as we found endless information regarding the home buying process. Quite honestly, it was plain overwhelming. Since neither of us had any prior experience with realtors, I was hesitant to reach out to anyone because I thought they would attempt to pressure me into the process. My wife came across the Redfin website and reached out to get information on homes for sale. We were soon contacted by Realtor "Pam Woods" who set up a viewing to meet and discuss what we were looking for. From our very first meeting "Pam" was professional and straight up with me on what to expect from the home buying experience. Honesty and integrity are two rare qualities these days and "Pam" has both. She was always available to us for questions and worked around our time schedule to set up home viewings. I felt extremely comfortable with "Pam" and consider myself lucky to have had the privilege and pleasure of working with her in my first home buying experience. Thank you Redfin! read more

My husband and I first spoke to a Redfin agent about selling our house in March 2013. The Redfin agent gave us good feedback, and even came out to our house to give us a pricing estimate. They did a CMA that was roughly accurate. We ended up buying a presale new construction home, so decided to hold off on putting our house on the market until the summer, when our new home would be closer to being done. We informed our Redfin agent of this, and she seemed on board with our plan. We planned on putting it on in September, but then decided August would work better in our case. We emailed the agent in July and asked if this would work and asked where we were with pricing. She came back and said yes, she could do that, but pricing was "hard to say". She sent some listings - no closed sales, even though there had been several in the area comparable to ours. As an appraiser myself, I could tell there was little effort put into pulling comps - really, she just did a quick search on the MLS and forwarded it on. On July 11th (three weeks before we planned to list) I emailed her some comps I thought she should look at, and asked some logistical questions on selling our house (like when we would need to schedule pictures, etc). I got no response from this email. I then followed up on July 17th (now two weeks before we are supposed to be on the market), after a week of no communication, and asked that she let me know if there was a reason that we hadn't heard from her, or if there were any problems with her being able to list our house. I asked her to simply let us know if she couldn't do the sale; we didn't need a reason, we just needed to know if we had to find someone else to help us sell our house. It is now July 23rd, and I have yet to get any response or communication. We were able to find a Windermere agent that was willing to meet Redfin's commission structure, and he has been totally on top of it. As much as I wanted to use Redfin because I appreciate their approach, they were not professional when it came to crunch time. I would never recommend them to other sellers. read more

I've been following Redfin as a company since it started back in 2004, so when I went to go buy my first condo in the Capitol Hill neighborhood this year, I was already pretty familiar with the company. They did not disappoint. As a first-time homebuyer with a relatively short list of places I wanted to live, my search process was much shorter than average. But the website is great, and the iPhone app works well, too (I used it to find my new place while I was laying out on the beach in Hawai'i). When I started touring homes and working with actual agents, I began to appreciate the structure of the company. The field agents were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and the two I worked with seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I had no problem scheduling visits during times that were convenient for me. My buyer's agent and his coordinator were both extremely professional and available: they answered all my questions and moved things along in an efficient manner, while making sure that I got the best deal possible. They saved me thousands of dollars by recommending a better lender and by negotiating down the sale price. I just closed on my transaction and so haven't received my refund check yet, but their pricing can't be beat. I would recommend Redfin to any prospective homebuyer, especially for those who like researching on their own using the internet. For first-time buyers, they are extremely supportive and great advocates at every point during the process. read more
