I had the worse scenario for my home sale the buyer's agent was overly aggressive and Mark was mild-mannered. I was not counseled on how to counteract the buyer's agent and he ultimately got every advantage for his client and I received nothing but a much smaller amount of money due to the expensive concessions I made. Upon review of this abyssmal sale, Mark said I am the one entirely at fault. and actually defended the buyer's abrasive nature. Interesting... he made about $7,000 from a sale which was not at all to my satisfaction.
