We are continuing to see things that should have been done but instead we were left with a horrible experience on how not to pick a reliable realtor.

There is a slow movement away from the average age of residents here being between 75 and death; it appears that more people in their 50s and 60s are moving in. I think that's a good thing if it will bring MM out of the dark ages and into 2017 relative to its "policies and procedures" for "pleasant living". For me, I couldn't have been happier the day I unloaded my unit and walked away without having to ever look back again.
