Here's a breakdown of my experience: Kevin Plumb (Sales Representative) - 9/25/23 to 1/18/24 - Kevin was fired while handling my case, which led to my project being prematurely closed without my knowledge. - I attempted to contact **both Kevin and the office for months** with no response. Eventually, I had to reach out to their Austin office, which helped reconnect me with someone from their San Antonio office. - My case was reopened and reassigned to Jasmin after it had been improperly closed. - Kevin instigated fraudulent claims, promising greater insurance returns for non-fixable items. - He also promised interior roofing repairs for structural damage, which never materialized. Jasmyn (Project Manager) - Unreliable: She scheduled meetings but did not show up. - Poor communication: Would text saying she'd call back but never followed through. - Failed scheduling: Set up work appointments for crews that never arrived. - Team left materials outside my house for months, creating an eyesore. - Gutters were incorrectly installed under her supervision, requiring reinstallation along with fascia board replacement. - Dragged the project for 10 months without completing it. - Repeatedly claimed to have submitted insurance requests for missing items but never actually did. - Did complete work on my backyard shed, but overall, the project was heavily delayed. - Despite my proactive efforts, including weekly follow-ups, the project remained stalled. - Ultimately, she ghosted me. This company completely mismanaged my project from start to finish, with unprofessional staff, false promises, and severe delays. I had to fight for months to even get responses, and in the end, they failed to complete the work as promised. I hired Storm Roofing after several roofing companies came by to give me quotes only to hear that…read morethey do not work on anything under the decking. I had 2 areas that had rot under the decking along with the soffit area under those areas. Alfred Trevino (Owner) and his right hand man George (carpenter) came by for an inspections identified the rotted areas, showed me, then gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable for what was required before the roof replacement began. Once hired, he timed the work so that the carpentry was completed the day before the roofing crew came in. The crew came in and indtalked the roof in one day. They properly installed the roof addressing what was installed incorrectly by the last roofing company that replaced my roof when I first purchased this house. The workmanship actually looked good when the install was complete. Alfred worked with me in choosing color of flashing and singles. I went with the darker drip edge that looks great against the lighter color paint of the house. It made some of the color in the brick stand out. I was very impressed when all was said and done. I highly recommend using Alfred Trevino and his company, Storm Roofing. Reasonable prices, accurate quotes, flexible with scheduling, prompt, efficient AND No payment whatsoever till the job was done! (**No scanning opportunity**) I would give 6 stars if I could! While other contractors were telling us we needed to replace our roof here comes Arran Greenleaf. Arran provided the most intricate details on what was actually needed and it matched the insurance adjustor's decision that our house was not ready for a roof replacement. We didn't tell any of the contractors what the adjustor had told us to see if they had integrity! We only had one that had integrity - Arran Greenleaf with 25 years of experience. The rain and wind we have had recently, I am inside and have a peace of mind that I have no worries about leaks, finding shingles on the ground after a storm, or having the flashing work leaking into our ceiling and walls. The fireplace chimney base flashing was replaced and we hired a carpenter recommended by Arran as we wanted the rotted wood at the top replaced with plank. I only have pictures to see it but have a sound mind we won't have any leaks and our roof is sound for another 20 years or longer. Also, Arran has hydraulic dumpsters on wheels that are used with the work site cleaned up every day before the contractors leave. We have all seen the flatbed trailers that are used and neighbors see all the debris from start to finish. I actually caught Arran stopping by one evening outside to make sure quality standards were being met. My family is a firm believer that when you have a customer experience that should be shared with others you take the time to do it!
