Brian sits in the back with a little TV tray, staring at a screen. No other shoppers, again, just me. Why am I ignored again? I don't get it. We bought a full mattress and box spring. They said it was in stock and I could pick it up later…read morewhen I had my truck. I got there and they did not have it in stock. They did offer free delivery the following Wednesday. When they didn't show up on Wednesday, we called. They forgot. They would bring it out on Thursday. They finally delivered the mattress on Thursday. Forgiving these errors we ordered a sectional. Our only request was to have it by February 5th. They verbally agreed that would be no problem. It was two and a half weeks away. We called in the first few days of February to verify delivery on Friday the 5th. At that time was when the said the ottoman was on back order and they had no idea when they could deliver it. Ok, that was not a big deal. One section was also on back order so it would take until Monday. We were told the rest was in store and they would arrange delivery for Friday. Friday at 5pm I called to check on deliver and was told our furniture was on a broken down truck in Wisconsin and they would try to get it delivered. At that point I had had enough and told them I would be there in the morning for them to refund my money. When I got there, the manager tried to charge me a nearly $500 restocking fee. This is a very poorly run business. They will tell you what ever you want to hear regardless of the truth. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I had another chair recovered in velvet at Calico Corners in Wilmette and it does not attract dust and lint at all so it is not necessarily a function of all velvets. You were not nearly as helpful as you sound here on yelp when I had these complaints after the sofa was done. You' were completely unresponsive and refused to assist any further. At minimum, the sofa should've been comfortable and you definitely did mislead me on your product.

I called ABT and spoke with Lou (his direct # 847-954-4140). I did some research before I called and liked the Samsung 55." 4K NEO QLED, originally $1,297.99, on sale for $897.99. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job!
