Like most companies they sent out two plumbers whether it's needed or not. In the past I've had my pipes cleared (at the time they did not do the entire house like I asked but only the west side that had the issue). I do service every 2-3 years for maintenance) and it's been $95 on average. So when I called them for service on Monday for the same work at a a second property I expected it to be $160, except now they charge for equipment use AND an extra $100 to clear the pipes from the roof which is something I have for as part of my maintenance. The bill was going to be well over $300, I called them about the roof change and they agreed to charge $50 for going on the roof (only one pile was cleared). I had agreed to the roof for $50 thinking it would be 160+50=210 which is still steep. Fortunately they gave me a senior discount that brought the total to $245 for 30 minutes of work. I told the gal working the phones to tell the owner (I happen to know by name) that this was not cool and I would not be using them again in the future if this is how they are now billing. The plumbers that came were awesome and very professional and did an excellent job, but the BS charges Coe charged for equipment use (they only used one type of equipment and plumbers crystals in a sink, I was told two types of equipment was used. By this I suppose they are considering chemical drain cleaning equipment). I do not recommend them, so disappointed I now have to look for new plumbers. I own several properties so they have lost years of income from me for charging me $85 more than reasonable and definitely not expected (and this was after a discount because I said something). PASS on this company.

As HVAC "professionals" my assumption is they knew it was the duct work right away yet they chose to collect payment for doing nothing but stating the obvious and then ask for a second payment to look at the duct work which is part of the HVAC system. I could not get anywhere with Oasis but luckily my home warranty company agreed that this was shady business so they set me up with a new vendor. When I called to request an assessment of the water heater problem, the response was quick and the plumber came out that afternoon. I was skeptical at first because I thought it would be an easy fix. Instead he advised the water heater was cracked and would need to be replaced. It was a big expense for me and I'm a senior, but the repair cost was very reasonable. His calm personality and eye contact assured me that he was trustworthy and would not take advantage of his opportunity to provide the service. After the installation, he showed me the old water heater and the damage to it. I guarantee, you won't find better service in Oklahoma City. He dug out a 5ft deep by 8ft long hole to access the drain at my property line to find out it was under a neighbors property. He installed a cleanout where he had dug, filled the hole back in and told me he couldn't charge me since he was unable to clear the blockage. THAT is honestly, service, and above all, INTEGRITY!
