They ship Fed Ex at this location, or so they tell me. From the moment I walked in, I realized the staff was unenthusiatic, uninspired and had no customer service skills. There is a glacier in Alaska that moves faster than the staff at this store. When the staff saw me carrying in a couple of disk brake rotors, each boxed seperately and securely- they started groaning. Literally complaining out loud, immediately. They obviously were not wanting to do their job in any way that might require a little bit of effort. They immediately started telling me the boxes are too heavy, they have a 30 pound weight limit. I said OK, where is your scale? Let's weight them. Nope, the lady who might have been a manager of some sort said that they are rejecting the shipment and they don't need to weigh them in order to do so. When I later shipped them through the UPS Store, each box weighed 26.4 pounds, so they were not overweight at all. This store is a complete waste of your time. Drive right past it to a competing drug store, it will certainly be faster than dealing with the sloths at this location. Absolutely pathetic. If there was an option to give negative stars, that's what I'd be doing. One star is too much for this store.

I had my entire prescription load transferred to another family owned pharmacy in town and it took my new pharmacy 3 days to accomplish the task. Why did it take so long you ask? Walgreens treated my new pharmacy horribly, they told me. It's the Walgreens way, I told them. For the remainder of my life, I'll never ever step foot into another Walgreens. It's a crappy corporation and they must treat their employees like shit because they treat their customers like shit. New employees come in and those same employees quit pretty damn fast. Just as soon as you get a rapport with one of their staffers there, they quit! That says it all to me. Their drive-thru is consistently broken, their employees consistently call out sick and they are constantly out of my medication. I hope this Walgreens looses every customer they have one day. A web search directed me to CVS and I then proceeded to make an appointment using their on-line scheduling website which had me fill out all of my personal and insurance information (it took a bit of time; but I figured they were being cautious to cover their bases). I even got a text confirming my appointment. So far, so good. Then we drove 20 minutes to the Nampa location (closest one that the website offered). Then we waited to check in for about 15 minutes because 1 person was handling a long line picking up prescriptions and another person was on his phone. Finally someone came over to check us in for vaccines. After requesting my Medicare card AND insurance card (which I had previously entered on-line), she tells me that there is a problem with coverage. Needed pre-approval. Was not very helpful. Also said I could pay cash price if I wanted to get it now. Later said she was very busy and couldn't help us anyway. Why would the website even give me an appointment after collecting all my data and then the store didn't honor it?! If they are short-staffed, the website should be adjusted accordingly.

The sense of welcome and quality of service here is exceptional. This Eagle store has been at this site for a number of years, I think, and sibling to a Boise location. I don't know which location opened first but Customedica has been operating in the area for more than 20 years. My discovery of it was in 2021 when as if the pandemic times weren't challenging enough, I developed an auto immune disorder that requires treatment in flare ups with a compounded medication and the MD who wrote the script suggested I go here to fill it. (If there is a silver lining in every difficult thing, the disease made it very difficult for me to eat in the months needed to have it diagnosed and it sure was fun to eat the six pounds back on when I could do that again. :-) ) "Knock on wood", I've only needed refill of that med a couple of times since but when I do the pharmacy does a great job of filling it for me. They also provide flu shots and I chose them as first option for that last year. And they also fill standard, non compound, prescriptions. They accept insurance, including Medicare I am told, but although I have great insurance coverage, none of it pays for compounded medications. The store has a really nice selection of greeting cards, high end dermatology skin care, and gifts like lovely soap, candles and also things made by local providers. If you are a consumer who embraces the whole being concept of wellness, you'll find good quality brand supplements here too and also, I think, some consulting on what might work best for those along with other wellness lifestyle advice. PARKING: Private lot but like many lots in Eagle this one is tight and can be tricky entering and exiting. ACCESSIBILITY: ADA parking spot near door, ample floor space inside for access.

I had called them and not only told them the MG of the pills but the exact names of them, the type of medication it was AND the rx numbers and every single medication they filled was wrong. From the get go she had a crazy attitude and straight up lied to his face and said my insurance wouldn't cover it because Inhad three days left of my meds. I did NOT have 3 days of meds left. It was a one day supply. It is a medication I have to take every 6 hours and I had 3 pills left. She kept trying to lie to him so he called the hospital that prescribed my medication. Not only was she wrong but the pharmacy asked them to not transfer the medication over that I was specifically requesting to be refilled. She then said it would be an hour for the pills to be refilled when my refill was on the counter literally right by her so my husband had to call her out in order to get it sooner. I do not understand why it is so difficult for these people to do their jobs and why they have the audacity to give people attitudes when they were lazy and got it wrong in the first place. I immediately switched over to a different pharmacy because I cannot deal with idiotic people with egos the size of a black hole. Train your staff better. If they can't fix their face when they're at the counter then they don't need to be at the counter. If you don't like your job and can't be respectful to people then find a new job.
