We agreed to their bid for services and they began in a couple of days. Since the farm has been in the family for more than 100 years, some of the work required using metal roofing and boards that we had stored. Rick gladly worked with existing materials for those repairs and supplied new materials where needed. They were able to repair barn roofs, replace windows and siding on the house, prepare and install new concrete floor in a garage that had a rock floor, and lay a sidewalk.
