Not only a rude and inconsiderate response, but also an ignorant one when the time to move for an emergency vehicle could be the difference between life and death for someone. Noted to not use Top Notch next time we move.

Al and his team are great guys. Very professional. On time. Brought the right equipment. Put down runners to protect the carpet. And they were more reasonable that most in terms of price. When my son moves out, it will be most likely Al and his team doing the work. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We found Al and his team (David and Antonio, I think?) to be very accommodating. Not only were we in need of help on a Sunday, but it was snowing (so that means freezing cold, wet and icy), Al was located an hour away, and we have a long flight of stairs in our new townhome. It says something about a company that provides exemplary service despite that many potential obstacles. On the day of the move, Al's team was running a little late due to the weather, which was fine. He called well ahead of time to let us know and kept us updated on his ETA. Once his team arrived, they got straight to it. My husband and I directed while the 3 of them unloaded, non-stop for 2 hours. They laid a plastic covering over our carpets and the walkways they would be traveling (to protect the flooring), they were very careful in their placement of boxes and larger items, they assisted in putting together our furniture, and they were friendly and a pleasure to engage with. I can't say enough nice things about these guys; would definitely recommend them.

We hired Gorilla Movers for a short distance move last minute. They were very accommodating,…read morehelpful, and above all efficient. They care about your stuff and ensure that it gets to the destination without any damage. We worked with a previous moving company a few years back and it was an absolute nightmare start to finish. You get what you pay for 100% so always remember that. Though they may be a little higher than other quotes you may get- it's 100% worth it in the end to ensure that all of your stuff is intact and in good condition when it arrives. It literally took them an hour and a half to move a whole truck load of stuff! My husband and I couldn't be any happier and will continue to use them for any future moves we have. Thank you all again for your help!!!!

We needed an old, 'critter-inhabited' shed torn down and removed, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. Their website was simple to navigate, and scheduling a quote was easy. Not only did they handle the demolition, but they also loaded everything up and cleaned the area completely before leaving. They were even able to start right away, which was a huge help. Bonus was that they moved everything from the shed into our garage. I'm so glad I found their reviews and hired them--professional, efficient, and friendly service.
