Day prior, someone called to confirm and told me to have cash. I pulled it out the cash that morning. When the technician called ( we'll after the discussed time) 8-12, He stated it was $300. He arrives around 1:30. At this time, he immediately asks if I was with a certain company for sewer service. I said I am not sure, as I only deal with the water company. He said we'll your pump isn't working and they need to handle this. I was like wow..ok. guess I dodged a bullet. He said we'll I still need a service fee. I'm ok. Sure gas and all. How much? Mind you he did NOTHING...just drove here, got out looked at the box on the wall and left. He said $175 WHAT?? Mind you the entire service was $300. He took $180 gave me no change and wrote a receipt for $175. Ok it's just $5 but that's just being dishonest. I called the office to get clarity, Mind you Noone mentioned a service charge..not once. I spoke to 3 people and Noone mentioned it. I understand compensation for time, but man that's ALOT. The worse part for me was the rude woman that had a horrible attitude with me. As promised I am speaking out about my experience and the rude and unprofessional way I was treated. I wonder how many people they do this too?? In the end I was serviced by the right company and didn't have to pay them anything else. Yes I should have known that it is a free service provided, but air didn't. I have only dealt with them for business reasons in the past not personal. I will never use their services again due to the dishonest way they operate. I hope you all are more informed than I was.
