The most recent message was sent 4 times. I called the office & they confirmed receiving the messages with no idea why no one responded. Great, thanks. Still waiting for a response. With Dr Anderson leaving the practice, it's time to move on & find another physician's office. The lack of customer service is disappointing, especially when you're dealing with medical issues. Find another office!

In January of 2025, I decided to start my medical gender transition. I asked for a referral and got on hormone replacement therapy. 3 months later, Intermountain health dropped all gender affirming care for everyone, including referrals to other clinics who do it. with no warning, I got a letter in the mail. they have handled everything my family needed very poorly, including diagnosing too quickly, and refusing to assist in multiple ways that I have not mentioned. I will never be going to another clinic, ER, or hospital associated with Intermountain health again.
