I own a pair of nice Johnston & Murphy, lamb-skin shoes. I have never owned any shoe-wear this nice ever! I had no idea how to take care of them (which is weird because my great-great grandfather was a cobler -- you think it would be in my genes, lol). So, I looked on yelp, found these guys, and they were super helpful! They taught me the ropes on shoe care, help me buy the right stuff to take care of my shoes at home, then did a professional job to restore my shoes for a mere $7. I really thought it was gonna be more. #awesomesauce They also have a whole shoe store of which they are eager to help anyone with. But, I just need the yearly restore and the information. Like many small speciality shops, this one can get busy on Saturdays, but during the week I've had nothing but exceptional customer service. They seem to have limited color choices for each shoe, at least the ones I get. This limitation doesn't bother me because I'm there to find the best trail shoes for my needs, not for fashion. On the occasions I've groused about the available color(s), the staff has always offered to order a different color for me - great customer service, but I just buy the best color they have in stock, even if that's neon yellow and blue. I mention the limited color choices because running shoes have become fashion items, and if your goal is to complete your "outfit," or if you're shopping for picky kids, you might not find what you're looking for, at least in stock. But if you're looking for running shoes for running, Rush Running is the best place in Northwest Arkansas.

Distinct anti-LGBT discrimination during the hiring process with manager Steve. I am a trans man…read more(female to male) and have been out to everyone in my life for 2 years and exclusively use the name Hayden. I arrived at the interview wearing men's clothes and no makeup. I am decidedly androgynous with short hair and a very masculine presentation. My email address uses my former (legal) name and he felt the need to taunt me about this. At the end of the interview (which was full of contrived and redundant questions and facts all the way through) he shuffled through his documents saying "there's another name on here, I saw it" to which I responded THREE TIMES "it's incorrect." Mind I was measured and composed as could be, and I stated it was incorrect three times as he shuffled through, but he did his utmost to find my deadname on the documents (only place it was on there was my email address, I did not specify this was my name at all in any other fields) and proceeded to (with a SMIRK) say the incorrect name out loud, TWICE. I told him once again it was incorrect, and he smirked again and ended the interview with a positively condescending "thank you for coming in Miss Hayden." I didn't react; I was in shock. There is no way to report this to corporate, either, so I'm stuck desperately messaging Kohl's socials and posting this Yelp review. Steve is the only man who works in that store (besides prospectively me) and he's the manager. Hope to get some closure or justice on this but I suspect it won't happen and he'll continue to discriminate. And also mind, I tried my best to interpret this as anything other than transphobic harassment but the smirks and insistence to say a name he knew would upset me says otherwise. Genuinely at a loss here.

In the past I have usually only bought very expensive jeans - they have been great and I love the fit, but sometimes (eh most of the time) my wallet does not appreciate it. I believe in buying high quality clothes and other items, because a lot of the time it last longer and is truly higher quality with fit and feel. However, AEO has converted me to their jeans! They have sales every so often, which is great! Their prices are awesome anyway, but sales make it every better. Their jeans are around 30/40 dollars. I found a lot of pairs that fit and felt great. That is not always common with jeans. The price is right, so you can buy a lot. They also seem to be high quality at least for the price. I have not been wearing mine for long, but my friend says hers have lasted a long time. Customer service at this location was good and helpful. The store and dressing rooms were clean and organized. This store is located inside the outdoor pinnacle promenade and their is street parking right outside of the store. There are also parking lots located on the outside of the mall.

Not only did they help me with the shoes, but went above and beyond by helping to temporarily hem my pants for free. Definitely made the event I went to much more enjoyable by being able to save so much mooo lah. I highly recommend them and will def use them again.
