I've been enjoying it ever since I first came to Katy, which was when we first came to this massive outlet mall. It's clean and spacious and the service is actually pretty nice compared to a couple of the other stores in a region that I didn't like nearly as much. Having said all that, the prices are so ridiculous and I really don't find much compared to regular Nike pricing. I don't know when they got so expensive, and the t-shirts and muscle shirts became so claustrophobic with such awful material that I just can't buy them anymore. (And no I didn't gain weight thx, I lost it). I honestly think as they get more expensive, their materials get way cheaper. But life goes on.

The team is welcoming, caring, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service, and it shows in every interaction. Whenever I have had an issue, the staff has worked diligently to resolve it. Recently, I needed to return a pair of shoes, but the return process became complicated due to multiple discounts and promotional codes. Natasha stayed with the issue until the end of her shift and made sure the next manager was fully informed and ready to assist. I truly appreciated her commitment and follow-through. On another occasion, the wrong pair of shoes was ordered, and the store was unable to reorder them. Natasha again took the initiative to explain the situation and offered to connect me with another manager if I had any questions. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like the issue was simply being passed along to someone else. She maintained ownership and ensured continuity of service. Natasha is an exceptional leader. I have observed her handling customer issues in the store on numerous occasions, always with professionalism, patience, and dedication. Lesly, Christina, and the cashier team are also consistently pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I always look forward to shopping at this location because the staff makes me feel welcome and at home. Not only did the employees seem like they didn't have a sense of urgency, they also outright complained in front of the customers about how they have to actively do their job. The employees seemed to have no idea how to do a return when we were simply doing an equivalent exchange for the same item as well as having them take off a sensor off of some sweatpants they had failed to remove the night prior. I apologize for making a long complaint, but when the employees have to scramble to find their cashiers as well as when the employee is actively eating a pop tart in front of the customer as they are ringing them up, something has to be said. Also, hearing the employees talk about having to forge the manager's signature , "K.H." because he couldn't be bothered to walk up to the register. As much as I wanted to buy a bunch of stuff, I couldn't bother to stand there and wait make another purchase when the employees just stand there and stare at each other. Please retrain your employees or get new ones.
