Thomas gave an excuse that the box couldn't be installed by the fence and gave a lame excuse, saying that the incoming line was 1/2 inch but was increased to 3/4 inch and they wanted to use the 3/4 inch plumbing instead so we would have 3/4 inch pressure. The reason the previous plumbing was bumped up to 3/4 inch was because that is what we had. You can't increase the size and expect increased pressure, the amount of pressure will be 1/2 inch throughout. He just didn't want to dig a couple of more feet and install a new adapter. They did fix all the other issues but I never received photos of where the lines were buried like promised.
