They agreed to maintain my yard weekly for a monthly cash rate of $230. From the start, I should have realized how poorly they operate when they forgot to come maintain my yard the second week after they were hired. They literally told me they just forgot. They came the following week twice even though I told them to only come once the following week. On December 31st I paid them $230 in cash for the month of December only to have them begin hassling me telling me I owed them $300 in cash because they provided service five times in the month of December. I reminded them that we agreed to a $230 monthly cash rate. Instead of honoring it they very rudely left me high and dry and just quit. I urge folks not to use this company for any services.

Being in High School still, they have not been around the landscaping field like Anthony. I needed to remind the 2 boys they needed to redo some areas of weeds and planting of bushes. He fixed part of it but my 2 year old grandson just founds the flaw and fell badly. He won't finish the planting part, and has left me high and dry, without documenting where the capped valve is. Salas did a great job trimming shrubs. I also contracted (in writing, which was a struggle) for a…read moredeck replacement (with footings), mulch (with weed barrier), gutter cleaning, tree trimming. Keep an eye on what is being done! 1) I discovered that the framing was NOT put on any footings, but on the the ground. I insisted on them, and cement was poured under the posts, rather than the framing built ON the footings. 2) 2 weeks after the mulch was laid, weeds started sprouting. Sure enough, no barrier, which I paid for. 3) After the porch was finished, the furniture from the old one was to be replaced. Never was, calls weren't answered and I had to hire someone to do that. It was in the contract. 4) There was to be 2 coats of stain applied. 1 was applied, and Salas left. He returned for the second coat after many calls, and then there were spots, side never done. 4. Beware. Contracts are not honored. I should have held back the last payment. My bad.
