Here is my experience. I bought white western boots for my wedding. They were cheaply made and not the quality I was looking for. Country girls know what real boots feel like, and these were not it! I returned the boots and paid 27.00 to return the poorly crafted so-called western boots. The company keeps making excuses of why my refund isn't getting to me. Thank goodness I bought them through my PayPal. Because I've had to open up a case against them , they quit emailing me. I will never buy from them again! read more

I was at this store 2 days ago shopping for proper shoes for work with my daughter. The Sales ladies just pointed to us where we would find some then left us on our own. My daughter was uptight & needed some professional help. They ignored us. I have sold shoes in the past & I would never leave a customer on their own. We were spending up to $150.00 for proper shoes & the ladies never cared. I will not shop there again & I will let my friends know also. read more

I've always had a great experience with the service, variety and quality of shoes at Red Top Footwear. The staff are friendly and helpful. After reading some of the negative comments I feel that I must make a comment of my own. At one time I also came in shortly before closing and I never felt rushed or that I wasn't welcomed. I also didn't linger knowing that the store closed in 10 minutes. People need to remember that even the staff has a life outside of work and probably want to get home to their families when their shift is done. It's really to bad that a couple people had a bad experience but in all fairness, everyone has a bad day once in awhile and maybe that's what happened. They have a great selection of shoes and they even price matched a pair of boots that were on sale at another store. I am a very happy customer and I will definitely return! read more

This place is an odd little place. You can get soft icecream, boots, shoes and everything you would expect at a corner store. The boots and shoes- you can find some really nice choices here and they are cheaper than nearby shoe and clothing stores (with the same brands.) read more

There's something strange about it... the staff are always pushy and a little passive aggressive. I came in with my sister and the first thing any of the ladies said to us was "oh my god, those are some destroyed boots!" In reference to my hiking boots. I never asked her to embarrass me the first second I stepped in the store. I've gone back a few times and staff are still awkwardly pushy. read more

First thing stated when we walked in was "we're closing in 10 minutes." The three ladies working were more interested in getting us out the door than making a sale. The selection there was awesome, but if you're looking for customer service you might want to look elsewhere. They were polite when one of them overheard my wife talking to me about their rudeness. I am very pro small mom & pop operations, but the way I was treated, the poor attitude and lack of customer service, by staff & owner, made me take my business elsewhere. The owner was defiant and a blatant liar trying to defend her actions.- she even tried to shift the blame and claimed I was the one with attitude and that I made one of her employees cry. Please give it up! You are not good at it. Didn't your father ever teach you never to lie - I spoke to him years ago and he was a kind gentleman. I've been providing customer service since working for my parents small business while I was in grade 7 - I' m over 50 now. I originally went to your store because I heard it was a good place, I suppose that was before when your father was the boss. read more

There is a decent selection of footwear but the sales associates weren't very polite. Half an hour before the store was set to closed we arrived and instead of a "Hello!", all of the associates on the floor were adamant about letting us know "we're closing in half an hour". When asking them questions, their answers were abrupt and they seemed very impatient for us to leave. Guess it's a Saturday and the old gals need to get their drink on. read more

Sales associates treated my elderly grandmother very poorly, and acted as if they were being put out by helping us. Despite this treatment, my grandmother bought a pair of shoes because she needed them right away. The cashier didn't give a box or bag for the shoes, and left out a receipt. When we went back for the receipt just incase, she reluctantly printed one out. Any thank yous on our part were ignored, and we felt very unwelcome. Will not be returning read more
