I was at the store this morning and was greeted by Emma. What a wonderful lady she is!!!!!! She completely understood my problems with sizing (I'm old, short and pudgy!!) but she managed to find me clothes that not only fit properly but looked great!! I was shocked !! I am one of those people who needs help choosing clothes. I also bought a pair of lovely shoes. Emma was so patient .. a wonderful listener and without a doubt "she knows her stuff" !!! I've been in the Vernon location five times, so far, and every time I've found the staff to be courteous, attentive and helpful. I was asked twice if I needed help, by two different ladies, and when I did need help they did great. They suggested great pairings, informed me of what was on sale and reminded me that if the store doesn't have exactly what I want, I could order it online and have it shipped directly to my home. read more

I won't even give this store one star! I was in there today, and I walked around for 10 minutes without being greeted or asked if I was in need of help. I walked by an employee on shift, and she said "What are you doing in here today?" I helped myself to the change rooms well the two employees on shift talked in a corner. They were rude and have very very poor customer service skills if I wasn't a plus size women I wouldn't be shopping there again!!! read more

You are better off donating your clothes to a women's shelter - a better feeling overall...The owner will also get rid of your consigned items if not sold by the end of season. I left my summer items in August , so she tried to sell them and gave the rest away without bothering to speak with me after only a month. This left a fowl taste in my mouth and I would not even consider shopping here or in anyway supporting Nisay Carson, Eunike Consignment ever again.

Carousel is a warm and friendly store. There is so much to choose from and they keep the items…read moremoving along nicely.
