Today, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but wasn't seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. I ended up leaving the treatment room just 12 minutes into the session. The service was completely unskilled: rushed, inconsistent, lacking rhythm, and missing the foundational techniques that define a competent, professional massage therapist. A skilled therapist uses intentional pressure, consistent/proper flow, and an understanding of muscle anatomy to create a therapeutic and cohesive experience none of which were present. Realizing the session was doing more harm than good, I made the decision to end it and leave. The front desk staff clearly knew something had gone wrong, as my early departure was obviously due to dissatisfaction. Yet I was still charged $139. Not only is that unreasonable, but deeply unprofessional. When I called for clarification, I was met with a scripted cancellation-policy explanation given by the same employee who witnessed me ending the service early and leaving the studio upset. Only after pressing for details was I told I'd need to speak with a manager. The entire interaction was dismissive, confusing, and frankly, insulting. This visit brought frustration instead of the relaxation this business is supposed to offer. And for anyone who believes the service I received, particularly from Pam, is acceptable, I can assure you they have not experienced a true massage from a trained, skilled professional.

She arrives just after when my appointment was to start. So now I'm a bit worked up but also weirdly nervous because the whole thing was so off putting. Therapist was curt and arrived with a child. I nearly changed my mind and left but decided to stay went with it. Since no one was there nothing was prepared. Cold table - warmer not on. No music, no ambiance. No offer of a drink before. Just a lot of turning on computers and lights. I don't want to be there for that when I'm there for pure relaxation. The massage itself was decidedly fine. Not terrible but definitely not the best I've experienced by any measure. It was matter of fact with no consultation really. Just business and done. I wasn't impressed. This isn't the experience I'd ever want someone else to spend their hard earned money on for some relaxation. There are comparably priced places where you'd get the full experience of a spa relaxation. Go there.

They don't have a weird loop on the music that jolts me from my relaxation nor do they play nothing but white noise, it's a perfect relaxation blend though I can't say I remember any one song standing out, which in my mind is how it should be. They also have beautiful water features, perfect lighting and comfortable tables. The customer service was awesome, from the communications and directions to the place to the AHMAZING massage. While I was not pain free afterwards my pain level went from 95% to 45% I was able to walk and drive a lot better. She does quick follow ups to tweak and enhance what she has already done. It's always a nice experience there, but more than that I've found I benefit when I'm in the habit of coming in regularly (i.e. every 1-2 weeks)- my body just feels better overall, and my baseline mental health improves. As others have said, it's no frills so don't expect a spa type of experience. You keep your clothes on (best to wear sweatpants or shorts), and you can hear the noise from the mall and people talking in the background. But it's clean, the massage tables are comfortable, and the practitioners are very good. They do tend to use heavy pressure, so if that's not your thing be prepared to ask them go lighter. Beyond that it might be a little difficult to communicate detailed preferences, but personally I don't really find a need to. They will include feet unless you ask them not to. My advice is to do a 45 or 60 minute session (30 is not enough) and just let them do their thing!
