Most of the teachers (especially Jenna and Johnny) are great. The issue is the owner Jackie ("Make everything red!"). She is extremely unprofessional and cannot handle any criticism. She is a genuinely horrible person.
"My child was left unattended in the dark parking lot because class ended 20 minutes early."
Excuses and no apology. Blaming the child.
"My daughter is being bullied and was choked by another student." (Multiple times)
You are kicked out of the studio.
I'm not sure if she has some kind of mental illness ("Make everything red!"), or if she is just an idiot (could be both).
Seems like a lot of the students' parents are "friends" of the owner (including the choker). If you're not in the "friend" group, you are ignored or treated like a 2nd class citizen.
We tried to ignore the mentally ill child in charge ("Make everything red!") because we liked our daughter's teachers. Unfortunately Jackie couldn't handle being questioned. She claimed my daughter thinks she's better than everyone else. She is, but doesn't act that way. She just doesn't enjoy being bullied and choked.
We'll miss some of the teachers. We will not miss the mentally ill child in charge ("Make everything red!"). read more
