I wanted to support the local flower shop by my home as my mom recently passed away and I was looking for some recommendations that would look best for her grave. When I walked into the shop, there was one lady working there, and she didn't bother even greeting me or looking at me until I physically approached her. She seemed too busy doing other things to even bother saying "hi" or "welcome" or "I'll be with you in a minute." When asking for recommendations, she just gave me a 1-800-Flowers book and told me to look through it and that was that. It was such an awkward, unhelpful, and unwelcoming encounter. Don't bother coming here if you're looking for help with recommendations for specific arrangements. The store also had an overwhelming and pungent paint smell, even through my mask. read more

I called back at 1130, telling her that I'd given her the wrong time, I needed it by 1pm! Once again, she said it would be ready. I showed up at exactly one hour later and it was ready!!!! And I came out beautiful. My family loved it. I wished I had written down the name of the person I spoke with. She was professional, helpful, great customer service, and exceeded all my expectations. Once again I was impressed and,even tho it was a sad occasion, this time my suspicion was confirmed! This is the BEST flower shop in the area! Ordered flowers for a funeral, and noticed that our flowers stayed fresh after 2 days for the services, and burial the next day. The other flowers from different shops from around the area started looking sad after a few hours on the first day. I was glad we went to Red Rose, and will probably never go anywhere els for flowers in this area. The staff was a plus! Supper helpful, and friendly. Omg!!!!! This place is god awful! My kids graduation was today and my order was for 8am. Me and a few other customers waited till 8:30 outside. Once inside that is when the nightmare began!! Nobody's order was ready, it was a disaster. The place was hot and humid and the entire place was filled with the toxic aroma of spray can paint. I was feeling nauseous. When I spoke my mind I was threatened with "stop talking or i will give you your $$$ back and get out" I was furious and I'm sure I was speaking for everyone on that shop. I can go on for another 30 min with the horrible employee and owner attitudes but I'm so in awe I'm gonna stop. Never will I go there again. read more

My first review was removed, not sure why but here we go again! I purchased an arrangement to be delivered to my wife for Mother's Day, and I was specific as to the color I wanted. I showed up a day later to have my son pick out a balloon to attach to it. They found my old order and made the additions to it. Come delivery day the arrangement was a completely different color and my balloon i paid for was not attached. I should have taken the hint when I arrived to place the order another employee was answering a call from a lady who was complaining she had not gotten what she ordered, phone conversation was loud enough for me to hear.
