The main wall was damaged, as well as the decorative wall on the other side, which was previously installed by Showready. (Pictures in my previous review) The team showed up and within a day and a half of work, had the wall taken down, repaired and painted and everything back like before. I am very happy with the work, and the speed in completing the project. I am planning to hire them again for my front yard in the near future. Mysterious billing and the surprise that she (Ann) "sold" my contract to another company and gave the security keys to them without our knowledge or consent. A new crew showed up telling me that i now employ them.. Because Ann at Land view accepted money from them and it is their right to do the job. 1. Land view has no right to sell a contract that does not exist. 2. Land view has no right to give strangers keys and codes to our community without our consent. 3. The company that she did "sell" the business to is not a legel Nevada business. My HOA is up in arms because this company chose to "give out" the codes and keys to anyone that would pay them/her. Now i am being asked to bare the cost of reprogramming all. Neighbor gate codes and replacing security FOBs for 40 homes. Go elsewhere. land view is an avalanche of trouble.

Zac came out a day later, we were quoted on the spot with an official written quote only a day later. The quote was the most fair quote we received and nothing changed after the fact... zero surprises! They went out of their way to bring by turf samples so we could make a decision that this was the company we wanted to use. They were able to start within a few days of request and got the entire project done in 1 day. I absolutely LOVE my yard now!! I had one hell of a time with my backyard, lets just get this out of the way. There was a TON of communication issues with my GC on this project and of course Mts. Edge HOA did not help either. BUT we are not here for them but for the amazing Luxury Custom Landscapes. That being said, lets get down to the greatness. Well my project was a big one. I had desert landscaping before with some bushes, big trees, rock, and pavers. Pictures are posted of AFTER only, for some reason Yelp would not allow me to add my before's. Not much to show besides the incredible job they did. We made it a bit more simple and modern in the backyard. Trust me when I say... its 100% different and 100% amazing! Zach and his crew did one amazing job on the entire project. One they had to deal with the over the top OCD/OCPD person that I am. I asked a lot of them, made them change a few things, and they did it without a hitch. Zach remained professional at all times even though I know some of things I asked of him were frustrating. Zach new we were spending a ton of money to make one hell of an amazing backyard out of it. Zach and his crew did not disappoint when it came to the finish project. Recently, in the past 5 months he seems to not come when scheduled, breaks items in yard, hoses and irrigation leads because of carelessness. Informed him of this, then he wants me to pay a ridiculous amount to repair or replace. Also, seems lately he comes like at end of month , because he is needing funds, he'll do the required work, but, this was the last straw.. he said my hedges needed more watering ( so I corrected issue. He quoted me $500.00 for 2 treatments. 1st treatment was watering down my hedges with water, then he said he'd follow up a week later. Well , it's been over 30 days, contacted him, no reply , then I requested at least $250. 00 reimbursed to me. No answer, I repeated message twice. He hasn't even showed up for regular service. I had no problem paying him right away. Main problem with this service is charges a lot for work ( no issue of quality of work) , but, the issue of charging for major additional work, paid now, without warning or in writing. It feels like I'm a bank. Now he has basically stolen money for projects not completed and no show. Work is good, but, he's business practices $$$$ not ethical. Now rippoff. If you pay on time, he takes more and more advantage of this. Starts charging for large amounts for projects and tells you if you want it done , you have to pay NOW. Very disappointed and disgusted !

I've known one of the owners for a few years now and I thought I could trust him. I allowed him to do the work while I was at work myself and when he texted me the quote, I misread the text and just saw the cost of $180; I didn't see that he said for the front yard cleanup and trimming the plants would be $180. When I saw $180 I just assumed he was going to do the front and back yard. My bad for misreading his text. He got to my house around 3 and was done at 4:30pm (1.5 hrs of work). I then find out that my backyard wasn't done so I texted him and asked about it and that's when I realized he did text me it would be the front yard only for $180. Again, I messed up I'll take ownership of that. But here's the thing, $180 for a small desert landscape front yard to pull and kill weeds and trim 4 plants/bushes. He explains that inflation caused the high cost. Ok, you're right. Inflation is getting pretty crazy but 2.5 times the price for labor, gas on your equipment to trim the plans, and weed killer??? I called another landscaper to come over and give us an estimate on my backyard and he quoted me $70. My backyard is a little bigger but not by that much and it has some overgrown weeds (we don't go out there often). I honestly wanted to see if $180 for my front yard waa justified. And this proved to me that it was not. The photos attached is what my front yard looked like before I called for these guys' services. Easily could've done it myself but my intent was to also get my backyard done too. I'm in disbelief that this guy truly ripped me off. If anyone else has other opinions on this to help me understand or justify the cost, please feel free to voice your opinion. Also, I thought I could trust the guy so without even seeing the completion of the work, I Zelle'd him the money so it's not like I can get my money back. He offered to come back to make things right the next day, but because I didn't respond to his text so he didn't show up. I gave him another chance and gave him a choice to make it right by doing the backyard without an additional cost or to refund half of what I had Zelle'd him. He said it's his business and he can charge whatever he wants. Which is very much true. So I take this as its his choice that he won't pick either option. Stay away. There are quality landscapers out there that are reasonably priced. Don't use this guy.
