I'm the second owner of my home, and the landscaping was already done when I purchased it. When it rains, especially during the monsoon season, the side of my home gets flooded. I'm afraid that this will cause foundation issues in the future. I did an inquiry for landscapers on Yelp to fix my problem, and Transformers Landscaping responded in a very timely manner. Other companies eventually responded, but a lot later, and some said that they don't do what I'm looking for. One company said that because they didn't install the initial pavers, they will not assist me in fixing this issue. FERNANDO came by, and I showed him around. He proposed a resolution and gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable. We agreed on a date to start. Although things came up and Fernando was not able to start, he rescheduled and started working. Fernando did an excellent job, a much better job than I was hoping for. He was very meticulous and quality oriented. He even cleaned up better than what he started with, which was already clean. Way to expensive. They came out and fixed a wire issue (connected 1 wire) in my irrigation and charged $150. It took them 15 minutes to fix the problem. Weekly yard services cost half that. Lesson learned not to use this company. read more

Even with all the mixed reviews I still gave Transformers Landscaping a try due to what I was dealing with for my lawn care and how fast I needed services provided. I contacted 7 other lawn care services, Transformers Landscaping was the only one that could fit me in and schedule me within a weeks notice. They came out and I spoke with one of their representatives. He came on time for the appointment, actually he was about 30 mins early which was great! He checked out what I needed done with front and back yards, gave me a rundown of how their services worked and was on his way to schedule another day to come back. He first needed to consult his manager, Fernando, and once he explained all the work needed he would contact me on a quote. The quote they quoted me was pretty fair, once that was squared away they were actually able to schedule me in the very next day to come out and take care of business. I was very impressed at the job they've done for my lawn care and how fast they were able to get everything done. Before payment they told me to look over the job they've performed to see if I was fully satisfied, which I was! Set up a time to meet on Thursday at 6:30. They called me Wednesday afternoon to confirm, told them they confused days. Called me again on Wednesday late day and ask me if I called, which I hadn't. Called Thursday around 4:00 and wanted to meet early early since they were in the area so I obliged. They never sent a written quote but gave me a verbal that is double the price for what anyone else wants to charge. Supposed to call me back the next day to confirm approval but never heard back from them. Very expensive, disorganized, and showed little interest in helping me out after I met with them. Customer service was horrible when I asked them to cut some additional small braches up, and they tried to increase the price after they had already given us a quote at the intitial estimate. When they did an estimate for a neighbor's house, these guys gave my neighbor a RIDICULOUS jacked up price and tried to lower it when my neighber decided to not move forward with their services.
