Absolutely the worst landscaping job I have ever received. We are in the process of moving to another state so we are back and forth to Vegas. While we were gone we got a write up from the HOA and hired this company to come pull all of the weeds in the front and the side of the house and was quoted $140. The first red flag was them taking payment before the job was done and then leaving without letting us know they were "done". We wanted the weeds pulled but instead they weed whacked the weeds down but didn't even do a great job with that. They also weed whacked the fuck out of my aloe plant that I had out front. It looks like they intentionally mutilated my plants and it's frustrating when we are getting written up and hire someone to do a job and it looks worse then before. Usually landscaping companies will make sure that trash is cleaned up as well as leaves but that was not included. They were supposed to come out on Monday but they never showed up. Well the job is only as good as you leave it. Marquez Landscape broke a sprinkler valve knocking out one section of my yard. The broken valve will not shut off which knocks out my entire system. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and I immediately had a gut feeling that he and his team would be the right folks for the job. I messaged Rony on yelp inquiring about his turf services. He was quick in response and we set an appointment for the very next day. Unfortunately with my spouses unpredictable work schedule we had to cancel last minute even though Rony was already on the way. He even turned around after I told him our schedule freed up shortly after and was super patient and understanding about it! We got an estimate and saw some turf samples and scheduled an appointment to get it done in less than 2 days. Even though we gave him measurements, he remeasured our backyard just to make sure and it turned out we measured too much so the cost was even lower than what we had originally planned on paying. Rony and his associates were all very professional and nice, working diligently and quickly to get it done. He was also able to advise us on different gravel, stone, and gardening options for if we chose to do that later down the road. No one else can beat his prices and work! BEWARE ~ Rony does NOT stand by what he says or the work they do. when I paid him he said " just call if anything isn't right" then when you ask him to come fix it he says he will then doesn't come and finally quits answering you. My husband hired them to clear and level an area in the back yard. They shoveled the rocks up onto the slope against the roots of my plants which I will now have to pay to have removed. Then in the process instead of just moving the irrigation line to the side they purposely cut the main line that runs down the side wall and to the left side of the house and driveway. He just folded it over and when the timer came on it was like a gusher spewing water all over. I had to shut off the entire zone and will now have to pay someone to come fix this line to be able to water my plantings. Very bad customer service.
