There is a fabric store and bar on-site. Also, just a short walk to a gas station. Check out the views of the Mississipi dam. If you plan to visit, PLEASE go to the website and read the details of the hotel, check your expectations there and remember, this is an amazingly maintained historic property not a modern day hotel. Or even care about patrons dining experiences. The patio is exquisite and a great place to have a meal. If you're in town staying at a small bed-and-breakfast this might be a great place if you have time to have a wait until you get it meal. If you're just passing through, just pass through.
