We eat here frequently and are always happy with our food and service. The Vietnamese food is amazing and the rotating specials are a nice change of pace. Great place to watch the Vikings! Highly recommend.

Second level causal dining and arcade area for the kids.

The Lake's area best Asian food hands down! Our first visit was perfect. Service was outstanding, attentive, friendly and prompt. Three dining areas and each was setup such that table conversation was easy and clear. The two story, clean, appropriately lit spaces in this log building invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. Drink & food orders easy and menu explanations were concise and descriptive. Entrees of sesame chicken and sweet & sour chicken, with egg rolls, wontons and the out of this world bacon fried rice. While we were skeptical about the rice our server assured us it was delicious and she was absolutely correct! Portions were generous, egg rolls were the best we've had anywhere in America. The batter was light, crunchy and nary a trace of oil, cooked to perfection. Wontons were killer and all the sauces were spot on and truly complimented each dish. We had leftovers and added a takeout order (generous) of the bacon fried rice. And all the food was as good the next day. Our dessert was a vanilla flan that honestly was the first time either of us had one. And we were floored at how good it was and laughed as we took a photo of the empty plate, but included the first picture I forgot I had taken. Delicious, light and smooth, it's another new favorite. The Chef and staff have created a menu that's rare in our area in a friendly atmosphere, in a warm, inviting rustic setting. We're looking forward to many more trips and exploring the rest of this Chef's menu.

Whats left of the sesame chicken, it was going fast at the table!

I don't leave 5 star reviews very often unless they are deserved. This place was legit! We started with egg rolls and wontons, both were delicious. Our table split lo mein and sesame chicken. Both were fresh and also delicious. The chicken was fresh, crisp and homemade versus typical frozen nuggets you find and so many places. We arrived just before the kitchen closed and staff was still polite and helpful. Even made an extra order of wontons after my son devoured most of them, very impressed. Will be back for sure!

Vietnamese dishes are excellent. Unfortunately they dont like to answer their phone, especially on Sunday evenings, for local takeout.

Food is great, people are great, kitchen is slow. Ordered at 5:30, it's now 7:07 and no food still. Needs more staff or faster kitchen.

It wasn't awesome, it wasn't terrible, but it was good. We always order take out and everything was…read moreas ordered, far too much salt and the rice seemed to be older and stale tasting. What flavor that could be tasted besides salt wasn't bad, but the salt was too much to finish our meals.

Look, I really don't want to be harsh, but I have no idea how this restaurant has so many positive…read morereviews AND repeat customers. As an Asian American, there is absolutely NOTHING remotely authentic about this menu, in fact, it reeks a bit of cultural appropriation and borders on offensive. The fact that they use the term "oriental" to describe their cuisine speaks volumes. I ordered an array of items to try, and each one was more disappointing than the previous one. It seemed like the chef just put popular dish items on the menu and then whipped up whatever he/she had back there. At one point, I honestly thought I was being punked...that some of the dishes were a joke. See photos of my food items to judge for yourself. The "chow mein" is especially embarrassing. To add insult to injury, each dish is upwards of $11, and you could pan fry some top ramen noodles that tasted better than these dishes. The entire restaurant staff was Caucasian, including one of the chefs, who I saw come from the kitchen to hand deliver a take-out order. I have a hard time coming to terms with believing that this is what Midwest folks think is Asian cuisine, let alone GOOD Asian cuisine, especially when you have a decent Chinese buffet down the street. I have NO problem with restaurants serving "homemade" food, but don't try to pawn it off as anything remotely "oriental" when you haven't even made a basic attempt to recreate anything with any semblance of Asian flavor. I will say this - the staff was extremely warm and friendly, and the customer service was great. But sadly, that's not enough to get me to return.
