So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. I asked if I was bleeding, and she told me no, which was not true. What upset me the most was that she never took accountability for burning me. I will never get service here again. The only reason I didn't take legal action is because something in my heart told me to just let it go. There is another young lady there who is amazing and who I originally planned to see, but she wasn't there that day. I strongly recommend not going to the manager.
