I asked for long layers and trusted his guidance. He ended up cutting about 5 inches, but the final result feels uneven and poorly blended--the layers are choppy and difficult to style. I reached out afterward to see if it might be a styling issue on my end, but was told it was because I "didn't let him cut enough," which didn't make sense given how much length was already removed. For $175, I expected a more polished result and a more helpful response. I'm disappointed and won't be returning.

Instead of taking ownership and offering a fair solution, your response comes off as defensive, dismissive, and frankly, childish. When I asked if someone else could take me, they said no one was available. I explained that this delay was costing me both time and money -- I had arranged and paid for a babysitter. Their only response was that there was a "miscommunication." No apology. No compensation. No effort to resolve the issue. I was simply told to either wait or leave. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They held no accountability and showed no respect for my time. If the situation were reversed, I would've been charged in full. This one-sided treatment is unacceptable. Be cautious -- this place does not value clients, and they will not take responsibility when they're at fault.
