Also, taking ingredients off of menu items usually decreases their quality, and not the price. It would be nice to know the business had considered the different types of customers they might have and actually catered to them, instead of making them feel like they have to do homework to order food that takes effort. Fries and beers are maybe the easiest things to prepare for a cook and I don't think it's a quality vegan option. It's better for customers not to alter menu items as well.
