He was also the head chef at Easey's when they first opened. Knowing the burgers were top notch the last time he cooked me up the storm, I knew before heading to Changz Canteen that this burger was going to be up there with the best. The soft buns, the melt in your mouth patties, the juicy chicken, crunchy bacon and a nice kick with their house made chilli sauce, this burger was exactly what I was expecting. The best thing about this burger is it actually had no salad, it had the basics and they were done right. Changz Canteen is the perfect addition to Elsternwick, there isn't a whole lot of choice in the area in terms of burgers and being walking distance from Caulfield Grammar I am sure the kids will be packing this place after school.
