Unfortunately, my experience didn't match the environment. When I sat down for my appointment, there was already someone else's hair left on the treatment chair. For a business positioning itself as a luxury experience, details like cleanliness matter. This was my first Botox appointment, so I was hoping to leave feeling informed and confident. Instead, I felt like I was being talked out of the service I booked and encouraged toward additional treatments and future appointments. The consultation moved so quickly that it felt more like a sales conversation than an educational one. My injector also had to Google several questions during the appointment, which wasn't very reassuring as a first-time patient. Appearance isn't everything, but when a brand markets itself as luxury, consistency matters. Maria absolutely fit that experience--professional, polished, and welcoming. My injector, however, didn't reflect the same level of presentation or attention to detail, which made the experience feel inconsistent. After my injections, I also had to wait for another technician to finish with a different client before I could be checked out. It made the visit feel disorganized and left me sitting around after what was otherwise a very quick treatment. As I was leaving, I overheard another front desk employee rapidly listing promotions and packages to another first-time client. Combined with my own consultation, it gave me the impression that the focus was more on upselling than creating a comfortable experience. One final frustration: the appointment emails don't provide a clear email address if you need to contact the office or cancel, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. The injections themselves were quick, and I don't have any complaints about the actual treatment. My concerns are entirely about the overall experience. The space looks luxurious, but the service didn't consistently feel that way. For me, I'll continue going to Alani Skin MD nearby. I've always felt genuinely cared for there, and the experience is much more in line with the luxury atmosphere SEV is trying to create.

Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess.
