UPDATE: The district manager, Emily, called me and was completely empathetic to my situation. I was able to really feel her sincerity with our entire conversation. She is dedicated in making a bad situation into a positive outcome and I am so grateful for that. she really helped restore my confidence with the amazing culture that Red Mountain has. I look forward to meeting her one of these days when I am in the arrowhead location. I am going to update my review to a five star review. Thank you again Emily for the kind words and sincerity. ORIGINAL: The RM3 program is a 5 start. The reason I am giving a 1 star though is because I paid $548 for the program this month and the appetite suppressant was $64 of the cost. This was on 3/23/2022. On 3/25 I received the medication in the mail. The cap was not on and the bottle was not closed all the way. The medication was mostly gone at that point. I called right away. The Red Mountain Arrowhead location Manager, Tracy, called me back in the morning of 3/26 and said that she will order a new bottle. It would arrive on 3/29 or 3/30. She would call me and I would have to bring the bad bottle in to exchange. I understood that accidents happen. I never received a call back. I went in on 4/2 for my weekly shot. I spoke with the assistant manager, Tabytha Newton, and she said that the pharmacy is running behind with orders. She gave me her business card and said that she would call me on 4/4 and was so sorry for the lack of communication. She assured me again that she would call me on 4/4, but if for some reason she was not able to, to please call her direct line on her business card. Today is 4/5 and I tried to call her direct line on the business card and to my surprise, that number has been disconnected. I than called the only number I could find for REd Mountain Arrowhead and it was to a call center. Amanda let me know that she would get a not over to the Arrowhead location. Amanda than called me back a few minutes later and let me know the medication should be arriving today. I asked her when it was ordered and she said Saturday. I asked it it was this past Saturday or the week prior and she said this past Saturday. That means the Manager lied to me the week prior. I was extremely upset and demanded a manager call me because this is unacceptable. The assistant manager, Tabytha, just called me back and said that she thought she told me that she would call me back when it came in. She ordered it yesterday and put a rush on it to be here today. She will let me know when it arrives so I can do the exchange. For the inconvenience she is going to put a $25 credit on my account. That is so kind. That should pay for my round trip gas to have to drive there an extra day and take over an hour out of my day because of their error. read more

Needed to lose 10 lbs and have used another location before. Had to decrease the amount of injection due to not being able to eat at all. Still went on for 2 months. Don't waste your money, every check in is $100 and had to meet two times. The GLP-1 did not accomplish the 10lb mark and the cost is way too high. Save your money. read more

Great people! Program works! Easy to follow. Moved out of stay so I had to stop. Lost over 30 pounds in two months .

They have great customer service but the cost isn't worth it. Just eat unlimited lettuce and salad don't consume sugar or breads and you'll lose weight with that alone. Paying $600 for HCG pills isn't worth it. Follow up appointment is another $70 plus whichever meds you chose to buy. read more

Again, true HCG cannot be in a pill form. True HCG is only in an injectable. I can have 3 physicians validate what I'm conveying. The people that you helped were duped because they aren't getting HCG and it's the appetite suppressant that is causing the weight loss in addition to the low cal diet. I have to followed this diet to the letter -food, exercise, the pills, the shots, I've lost 20 pounds in five months and $1000 later! I first came here as a new patient 2 years ago after seeing several coworkers with amazing results! I have been extremely successful with Red Mountain! Lost 20 lbs in the first 7 weeks! It took me months to retrain my eating habits. I love junk food way too much! But I did it! I lost another 10 lbs on my own after the diet by biking and portion control. I'm only up 2 lbs from my last visit but I'd like to lose 15-20 more lbs. It's an excellent diet but you have to make permanent changes to keep the weight off or you'll gain it right back and then some. Most people I know that did this diet went back to their old ways and gained it all back. If you're committed like me, you'll do fine! Do it for you! I am so happy with my results from Red Mountain Weight Loss Center and the service I've received. I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes for my consultation, after getting weighted in and my weekly shot. My two favorite NPs are Amanda and Sommer. Both have been very supportive and really pay attention to what I have to say when they meet with me. I am in my 7th week and have lost over 40 pounds and will be starting my 3rd month of the treatment with the RM3 program. This place works!!! I have been fighting weight my entire adult life and have tried every diet known to man!! I went in last spring and lost 40 pounds in 3 months!! I was alright with being a little overweight, but my larger size clothes started getting tight. My husband wanted to lose weight and thought of Red Mountain, I originally thought I would go to support him and also eat healthier, but not actually join. When reviewing the plan, I decided to join, but since it wasn't my idea originally and I planned on just being support, I really thought I would simply lose the 5 pounds needed to be comfortable in ny clothes again. The staff in the Arrowhead office is extremely friendly and courteous. They do a very thorough health history and exam prior to starting you on the weight loss program. They even did blood work and an EKG. I was very impressed with that. The provider, Sommer, is very friendly and informative. I went in for my initial visit and consultation 5 days ago and have been on the program for 3 days. Going thru sugar detox right now and while it's not unbearable, it's also not a lot of fun. A couple more days and I should be good. My next appointment is in 3 more days and feel confident that I will have lost some weight. I will start out by saying that this diet is not for everyone even though it is advertised that way. This diet makes you think that you are eating healthy and feel great and your doing big things to change your diet. Its nothing like that. I was referred to RM3 program because I have a hard time getting extra weight off. I have never had any issues with eating on the healthier side and have taken blood test with no health issues that could cause weight gain. If you are looking for a healthy sustainable lifestyle diet THIS IS NOT IT. You may walk in there and think that its healthy, they are starving you and feeding you medication that don't have side effects at first. They take away everything. Good dairy, dairy substitutes, good fats you literally eat salads or veggies with protein. No butter no oil no nothing it is the hardest diet I have ever done. Now I went through the 4 week program and paid the $500 I lost 7 pounds and when I got off the medication I was so sick for 4 days that I could not eat or keep anything down. Please do not spend the amount of money this program is for nothing. It is not a life style change it is starvation. On top of everything they don't refund or do anything else.. read more

If you need some help to boost your motivation and help you loose weight.. This is an absolute wonderful place.. I started on phentermine 3 weeks ago and also the weekly shots.. I have wonderful results, I'm happy with the outcome.. Lost about 15lb last time I checked ( few days ago) on an average of 5lb a week, I've noticed that if you actually listen and do what the consultant tells you, you actually see results, you have to take your pill first thing in the morning on empty stomach with a full glass of water, then don't eat anything for 1-2 hours after that, (one time I ate 10 min after and my day went by differently.. I was actually more hungry than other days and didn't see results that day..) -I highly recommend this place if your ready mentally and physically for a change!! I love the fact that I'm not hungry anymore, junk foods that used excite me are not anymore, and I only eat smaller portions of healthier foods that my body actually need without being interrupted my my devil side bad cravings also got used to not eating late at night anymore that was my biggest issue! If I had an option of giving no star, I would. I have been going to this location since April, unfortunately their product works and that's the only reason I keep going, however the girls at the front of the office ( arrowhead location) sucks!! On numerous occasions I show up for my weekly shots, somehow they miss my file and don't call me in. My sister arrives 10 minutes after me she gets called in and she has to let the nurse know I was there before her and that is when they apologize and take me in. Just recently, had an appointment and they took me in, shut the door and an hour later I had to come out and remind them I was there.. Only to hear ignorant excuses.. Had to go to another appointment which caused me to come in during the week to take my shot.. Tried to go back in today to get back in my normal Saturday schedule only to find out I can only do it once a week.. So I am forced to take time off work every Wednesday cause they can't seem to keep up with their schedules and or appointments.. They are very unorganized.. Don't give them ur money.. Horrible service.. Asked for a manager and of course she starts apologizing and giving me another excuse... " sorry I haven't been here and this is the first I am hearing of this".. Really??
