Decent frozen yogurt. I wish they had a easy way to sample some of the flavors instead of going to ask for a sample cup to the busy staff and cashier. I got the vanilla and coconut they tasted about the same but not bad. I got some toppings (blueberries, blueberry boba pop and mochi bits). They weigh the yogurt to determine the price. It made me and my roommates who also ingested this monster of a product create a business plan for an ice cream scooper that goes up your ass and takes out the skinny sorbetto. Having tried the Pomegranate Ice cream earlier I was eager on visiting this place again to try something different. So while we were at the mall the other day we were a bit tired after shop hopping and we wanted something to drink and I couldn't think of a better place than this. My girl loves mango so I went for all options with mango and ended up deciding for a Tropical Mango Yogurt Smoothie. I was assuming that they would just be mixing the mango ice cream from the machine with sweetened milk. Looks like I was wrong, they used frozen chunks of Pineapple and mango along with sweetened milk and ice. Really loved that it had the natural subtle flavors instead of just the ice cream mixed with milk which I find as a common trend across multiple areas. The thick matcha green tea yogurt was the best yogurt of my life. I practically cried when they put it on the seasonal rotation and took it off the regular menu. Then Red Mango spread across the country and I was glad that leaving nyc didn't mean leaving my beloved behind. Unfortunately most RMs in other places closed shop! I was hoping that Red Mango would do it for me but it seriously didn't. This Red Mango is quite small and not the cleanest. The cups and bowls are in the back of the store. When we entered, there was no one at the counter to greet us. We got our cups of fro-yo and went to the counter to pay and get toppings. We had to wait there while the employee was on her phone and doing other things. Since it was a little breezy outside, we decided to eat there. Most smoothie places have an option to turn your smoothie into a bowl and add toppings, but you can't do that here. Although they have the option to make your own acai bowl, I was disappointed at how rigid the employee was when I asked for one of the smoothies as a bowl. She made me feel like I was crazy for asking this. It's basically the same thing as making your own acai bowl but just having a smoothie as the base... This costs $7 I literally just got red mango- the cup cost me $7 and it was barely 4 spoonfuls. Shame on this establishment for charging so much for so little. I came here on a warm day. It was about 88 degrees outside and my co-worker and I decided to walk and get some frozen yogurt. The selection was fine. I mixed in salted caramel with a cookie flavor. The toppings were standard. I was excited that the line was short considering it was 12 pm on a very hot day. This line took so long. We were standing there while our frozen yogurt was melting. The cashier was taking a very long time to ring up customers. There are two cash registers and there were two cashiers in one. There was a man in front of me that insisted on hearing all items on the menu in detail. It wasn't until someone behind began to complain that the cashier opened the second cash register. I agree with other reviewers my cup was over $6. At that point, most of it melted. They should really consider opening an additional cash register when the line is long. This is the closest froyo to me, so I'm a fan. The employees are always nice and never hesitate to offer sample cup, even if it is just one. Not as many options as other places may have, but the standard ones are there plus some extra. The taro froyo is my favorite. They also have a new dark chocolate flavor which is absolutely delicious. I also like the nutella and cookie flavors. Toppings are pretty standard, fruit, lychee, and some chocolate. They have acai bowls that I have been wanting to try. As all Red Mangoes are, the bowl seems to ring up fairly pricey, I can't seem to get my bowl to be under $6 (unless I have zero toppings). read more
