Listen, I appreciate this place sooooooooo much! Lord knows that I am a advent customer and I diligently come into this shop religiously all of the time when I am downtown in the area. However, when I went this time around it wasn't great AT ALL. The service is always awesome and the workers are ALWAYS friendly. But I believe they let their guard down this time with preparation of my drink!!! It would be Amiss of me not to say this and post this picture of what I had in my drink. But something has to be done about the cleanliness of the situation. I can no longer go back to this place until the issue gets resolved. When my drink was being made I seen one of the workers drop the blender on the floor, well aren't you going to wash it out? I of course was looked at as if I was dumb. They made my drink with a clean blender however when I got home, I found a HUGE and LONG piece of metal in my milk drink. It was only until I got to the bottom I found that a huge ass piece of metal was sitting at the bottom!!! This isn't about "oh your not being nice ish either" this is about what is right and what is right for the customer!! And your establishment! I am dismayed and furious that something like this happened. I could have diet if it got lodged in my throat because I could not see through the drink and it was only until I got to the bottom I noticed. I will not long take my business here. I really loved this place, but I can't play with my health this way and sure as hell CANNOT play with my life. Please check your health standards and proper ally clean your utensils. Got my kiddos a couple of bubble teas here after dim sum recently. My six-year-old is compelled to order for himself always. He walked right up to the counter and put in his request for mango, lychee, passion fruit tea with lychee jelly. The man working there didn't flinch.
