When I walked in no one was at the front so I ordered on the machine. Theres no menu on the wall and the paper one doesnt list all the drinks. Multiple people came in and left and there was still no one at the front. A guy came out while I was ordering answered the phone and left. A different guy came to take my order I told him I ordered already then a few minutes later brought my drinks out. Not the best service and the drinks were ok. While I was originally a bit doubtful about this spot, I was really surprised by how good everything was here! When you walk in, the spot is pretty small and there isn't much seating--we took our order to-go. We ordered at a kiosk and it took about 10 minutes for our order to come out. The staff here was super friendly and gave us a sample of their mango ice cream to try while waiting. We got their vitamin juice, kiwi juice, yogurt pomegranate juice, and nutella pancake. Everything was great. I also love how you can tell that they definitely use fresh fruit in their juices. Would 100% come back. read more

Stopped by just before noon on a weekday morning while touring NYC with my party of three after a bit of a food crawl that included small samplings at Katz's Deli and Eileen's Cheesecake, so we weren't super hungry but not totally full either. Came here after seeing an influencer recommend it, and after hearing a lot of hype, we were excited to try their Dubai chocolate. The shop was empty when we arrived, which isn't a big deal, but the overall vibe felt a little off. There was a sign on the sidewalk about a discount for first-time visitors (you can even see it in other reviewers' photos), but it wasn't clear how to redeem it or if it applied. When I asked the staff member (the only person behind the counter) about it, he didn't really respond or explain, and ultimately the discount wasn't applied. Ordering was a bit awkward due to a language barrier - the staff member seemed to have limited English. When I asked for the Dubai chocolate, he pointed to a picture of the chocolate bar on a sign to confirm what I meant, which was fine but added to the slight communication gap. Without asking, he rang up the jumbo size. I'm guessing they were out of the regular, but not clarifying felt like a missed opportunity to respect the customer's preference. I almost walked out at that point because the whole interaction felt odd, but I stayed since it was on my list to try. While waiting, I noticed the store didn't feel very clean: several flies flying around the front and back, visible cleaning supplies in customer view (a Zep spray bottle with some kind of cleaner on a counter right behind the staff), and an overall unpolished feel, especially for somewhere that had just opened. The chocolate bar was around $20 and seemed chilled when I got it - the staff member went to the back to get it but I couldn't see exactly where from. We waited about 15-30 minutes before eating so the chocolate wasn't too cold and would soften a little. And while it tasted fine, it didn't really live up to the hype or the price. It wasn't bad - just not memorable. This felt like a miss for our group. Not a terrible experience, but not a highlight either. With so many great spots in NYC, this one didn't stand out and probably isn't worth going out of your way for. Maybe visit only if you're curious, but don't make it a must-see. read more

I ordered the strawberry shake and the fruit cocktail drink which had a predominant flavor of banana and mango. They actually taste like the fruit rather than just sugar. They have a 15% off a college student discount with a valid student ID. Staff is friendly and even offered free mango ice cream samples on the hot day I visited. You can linger in there for a while and they will not kick you out. A/C is turned on which is a wonderful surprise during the hot days of summer! Me and everyone I know that's had Dubai chocolate bars from here are obsessed with juice time! Me and my boyfriend personally get something every week Service here is always great. The gentlemen are super kind and accommodating. I was able to charge my phone behind the counter and received a sample of their Dubai chocolate soft serve. The sample size was so filling!! We have had a few different ones from other spots but nothing compares to these. $20 you get a thick jumbo bar with that delicious pistachio cream with katifi. $10 a chocolatey brownie with that same delicious cream and toasty katifi. It's worth every penny. They are made in house every time and are made perfectly. For the strawberries they pack those cups up even for a small. They made me a white chocolate version and it was their first time. Can you even tell? . Inside this spot is colorful decor and you get to see the candies behind the counter stacked high.
