Red lobster is best known for their complementary cheddar biscuits! They are garlicky, cheeses, and hot and fresh! They are everyone's favorite. Outside of that, our service and experience was subpar. This specific location seemed to be out of almost everything we wanted to order, and additionally, they seemed very short staffed. Even though the store was short staffed, all the employees were very kind. Our food took very long to bring out, and due to the long wait time in the kitchen, I wasn't able to fully enjoy the all you can eat shrimp because of closing time. Overall, red lobster does have great meals and drinks to enjoy, but this particular experience was not ideal. read more

This is what all the food is stored in and the dishes and utensils are not too far off. This is a container used to keep sauces and various food items in. I took my wife and mother to dinner on Saturday night at 5:30 pm. after we ordered, the waitress said that the biscuits were cooking. After 20 min. and us finishing our salads, she brought out 2 biscuits, and said more were cooking. After another 25 min. we had finished our meals and asked for a doggy box when she brought out 4 more. Cheddar Bay biscuits has always been a staple at Red Lobster, how do you not have enough on a Saturday night? and they were not even crowded. The service sucked and i will never be back! read more

I don't know which was worse the food or the service. I had the stuffed flounder with lobster sauce, mashed potatoes topped with lobster and the Mac and cheese. The little pieces of lobster were still cold inside. The serving was small which is good because it had no taste. My husband had the scallops and baked flounder. You could see through the fish it was so thin and the scallops were the size of a pencil eraser. After 1 bite of scallops he wouldn't eat anymore. We were a party of 5. Only 2 of us got refills on drinks. Had to find a waiter to find our waitress after waiting ,I kid you not ,15 minutes more she brought our ticket. It then took another 10 minutes to get checked out. I'm a time traveler. I just stepped back thirty years into a Red Lobster in my hometown and the only thing that's changed is the food. Seriously, it's the same ceiling. Same tables. And I'm pretty sure it's the same menu. Not only that somebody lost the Hush-Puppies somewhere in the Space-Time continuum! Who has a seafood place without Hush-Puppies!?! The whole place was dark and looked like paneling. The vibe I got was "serial killer's basement". But the food was... well...not good. It just did not taste like it did thirty years ago. Bland. Hard. The tartar sauce did not taste like tartar sauce and overall the food was of poor quality. The two redeeming things in the whole experience were our waiter (Adam) who seemed to care and did a great job and of course the cheddar biscuits. Without these two the experience was a zero. In fact, I have decided that there isn't a shrimp-sized difference between Red Lobster and that other colorfully named seafood restaurant Long John Silver. read more

Service was good and so was the baked potato, but that's about all that I can say good about my visit. I ordered broiled flounder and was served tilapia. The prices have gone up and the quality of food has gone down. Tilapia is much cheaper to serve than flounder. I noticed there were very few customers. Lots of empty tables. No need to go back as there are lots of good seafood restaurants in the area. read more

This is my go-to for seafood, but today I wasn't that pleased with with my food. I ordered the Lobster Lovers Dream and I was sadly disappointed after being told by my waitress that " That's ALOT of food" but upon it being brought out it was the smallest serving of food I'd ever seen and for it to have cost me $38 I was very unhappy. But as we had been there for an hour or so we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to get another meal. I called the restaurant to no avail. Only voicemail. I haven't been to a RL since I was a child. I always remembered it as the Denny's of seafood :/ So I was very pleasantly surprised when my daughter and I went there yesterday for a late lunch for their Crabfest. From the beginning, the service was OUTSTANDING. A server greeted us immediately and asked what we wanted to drink, even though we could see she was clocking out and obviously leaving. But she was the first to see us, and was courteous enough to take care of us until another server could. Wish I had her name, but I thought that was very nice. Then after she got our drink order, our server, Arephra, and the manager, Leonard, were quick on her heels, both of them greeting us and then making our drinks. We ordered the crab, actually shared one platter, and it arrived quickly and was very good. We even had left overs, so I'm not sure what the Yelper below is talking about, the portions were huge. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it was a little pricey, but yes, you do get what you pay for. Service throughout was very attentive, and again, I am always impressed when you actually see a manager on the floor. These days that is super rare.
