These are photos of the bathroom where you literally can see fleas and other bugs on the toilet paper and walls.

Calling this a fleabag hotel would be a huge offense to fleas. I cannot believe the Foxboro health dept hasn't closed this place down. I won't sleep here tonight. I'll sleep in my car because there's a huge chance of catching fleas, bed bugs, or lice here. Ridiculous that anyone stays here. Ever. We came down because of the Patriots AFC Championship game, but would never, ever, ever stay here. Check out my pics of the utterly disgusting bathroom.

The Foxboro Board of Health must be accepting some nice bribes for this seedy, unhealthy rathole to be allowed to operate year after year.

Hilton hotels have become a favorite home away from hone for me & Hilton Garden Foxboro is a perfect example why I prefer Hilton over any other hotel chains. We came here to visit family and today we are going to see the soccer game, which is literally crossing the street & boom, you have arrived. There are lots to do in this plaza area from shops to entertainment. If you forgot something CVS is a few steps away. Everything is walking distance. Check it out for yourself ... you will thank me later

The room was spotless, modern, and had a sleek, comfortable vibe. I deducted a star because we purchased a room with stadium view and had a view of the roof and the parking lot. The bed was cozy, but the pillows deserve their own shoutout, they were unbelievably comfortable, the kind you actually miss once you get home. Down at the bar, Tom made the experience even better. He mixed up one of the best mules I've ever had and was genuinely great to talk with...friendly, and welcoming. Definitely a place I'd stay again, both for the comfort and the hospitality.

We did have a few minor issues with the food during our event, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5--but aside from that, everything else was wonderful. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area!

I should've listened. After weeks of ignored emails, I finally got a wedding block quote priced higher than the standard online rate. Erin (sales) refused to explain why, and Jasmine blamed "football season," even though the Patriots were playing away. Management never responded. I ended up booking rooms myself through Bonvoy at a lower rate and arranged a proper block at another hotel with no problem. Check-in was a disaster. Despite sending names and confirmations ahead of time, nothing was linked. On my wedding morning, my digital key didn't work, and staff claimed I wasn't on the reservation even though I'd booked all the rooms. I had to pull a guest from our group just so I could get into my own room. They also refused to let my videographer up, and my maid of honor had to leave her prep to escort him. The breakfast staff the next morning was clearly overwhelmed, with one server trying to run the whole restaurant on a holiday weekend.

Let's begin with the obvious, it's America's Best Value Inn. VALUE. This is not the Ritz Carlton,…read moreit is not the Four Seasons. If you have fair and reasonable expectations for what this chain is, they you probably won't be disappointed. Now, I will say that we have never stayed at any one of this chain's locations as it is generally not they level of accommodations that we would entertain as an option. Now, despite some of it's shortcomings, we did not have any issues, as a whole, with the grounds, the facility, or even the room. Again, have fair and reasonable expectations. Start from the beginning. Upon entry into the building it looks old and baron and had a slight funk in the air. The gentleman at the counter was polite, courteous, and respectful and handled our check-in efficiently. It was easy. As we made our way to our assigned room, was walked by the lounge/bar/restaurant? area and the funk in the air got stronger and my wife identified this funk as smoke. Maybe the bar/lounge/restaurant has smoking?? I don't know. But as we continues down the hallway to our room, the farther from the bar/lounge/restaurant we got and the closer we got to our room the more that smokey, funky smell dissipated. We entered our room and was pleasantly surprised. Again, for what it is, it was a nice room. It was very obvious they they are making an effort to clean the place up with some renovations. The room appeared "new" as though it had been recently renovated. It was clean, nice, decent television, larger than average fridge, power outlets and USB ports on each tide of the bed. The floors were clean, the best was clean, bathroom also clean and renovations almost complete. The room as a whole was clean and nice. The sofa (sleep sofa?) did have some stains on the cushions and the bathroom ceiling was still a work in progress. One thing the room did have, that we don't usually get in rooms at twice this price but do se in rooms at triple the price, were some complementary bottle water and a few snacks (bags of chips, pretzels, etc.). Now, let me offer a few words about the complimentary breakfast. While it was not vast or abundant, it was a full hot breakfast. A few fruit, cereal, and bread options, eggs, sausage, French toast, etc. Quality... it was okay. They drawback for me on breakfast was it was in the poorly lit, dark, low ceiling, funky lounge/bar/restaurant. But again, managing your expectations and it wasn't bad. Overall, it was NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE. Would we stay here again? Maybe. If we were in this price point, we probably would.

He didn't text me, so now I'm concerned this is some kind of scam. My son (1 year) became violently ill after eating their eggs. He's never been sick before now. Far from Boston, but close to the stadium.

This place is disgusting and should be condemned. The parking it is desolate and looks abandoned…read more We drove around twice to make sure it was actually open. We saw some people hanging around the back the evidently were staying there. The lobby area has had a small remodel and is promising when you walk in. The hotel was empty but my co-worker and I were at opposite ends of the convention style hotel. My first room was bottom floor facing outside. While walking to my room someone in an employee laundry room area was getting high and ran when I walked by. The weed smell didn't stop there. It smelled like someone had just gotten high in my room, wall paper was peeling and was just gross. I almost packed up and left then but called the front desk and asked to move. I told her the issues and I don't think she cared. She at least put me on the second floor a few halls away from my co-worker. It was slightly better I thought. We went to dinner and came back. I walked her to her room because she's younger and pregnant. The halls were filled with pot smell and we are pretty sure a section was dedicated to people living there. I get to my room and when I pulled back the covers the one bed was heavily stained. I thought gross but there's two beds. Well the second one was stained and the pillows too. It was too late to leave so we stayed. Her room was bad but not that bad. I don't believe my room was cleaned/changed after the last stay. Hair was everywhere in the bathroom. Just awful! I've stayed in some shady places but this one ranks up there maybe at the top. Also, I'd expect more out of HI. It may be a while before I can trust to stay with IGH again.

Mansfield Public Health Department Email Physical Address Town Hall, 1st floor 6 Park Row Mansfield, MA 02048 Phone: 508-261-7366 Fax: 508-261-7343 Please note my reviews on YELP are good and bad. I question the other reviewers that give holiday inn Mansfield 4-5 stars. It does not make sense. I have travelled to China 50 times in the last 10 years, staying many times in the Beijing holiday inn. Mansfield building is old and decrepit and a joke. Other holiday inns are fine. Being an IHG member for 15 years, I now think award points are a waste of time. From now on, my wife and I will book the hotel we can afford based on reviews. Points save 10% over time, but holiday inn would only give me 2 out of 3 days points back after 4 emails to hotel management and 40 min. on call with out-of-US IHG customer service. If you really want to have fun, calculate the "standard deviation" of the reviews on this property. There is no homogeneous pattern in the reviews.... and easy to figure out what is going on here. I urge YELP to investigate holiday inn is lower case of course.

When you walk in you are greeted by the front desk, which opens up to an absolutely stunning atrium with plenty of tables and chairs, couches, and a pool table. There is fun lighting, and different levels for the seating, so it is very aesthetically pleasing. There are hotel rooms on the left-hand side with balconies that overlook this atrium area. The actual convention room for the dance competition is also beautiful and well maintained. The reason for the three star review is because I had to balance out the entrance area with the actual hotel rooms. The hotel rooms are slightly dated and in desperate need of maintenance. There are stains on the ceiling, on the walls, missing blinds, no vent in the bathroom, the toilet is super tall, and there are bleach spots and marks on the ceilings, walls and floor of the hallway. The hallway has a musty, moldy smell as many other Yelpers have pointed out. The room also has a musty smell however we are using the dehumidifier that was already in the room, in addition to plug-ins, deodorizing spray, and Lysol spray.
